Blay has the best service and attitude. Savannah was very helpful as well. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxed. The food was delicious! All the food was fresh crisp and tasted amazing!

A friend of mine suggested we stop here for some drinks and to watch a basketball game, so we went ahead and did so. I wasn't sure what to expect, but when we walked in, it was clear that this wasn't the same vibe as many of the sports bars we see inside the loop or in most neighborhoods. For one, this place is definitely a bit more upscale than we'd find elsewhere. The crowd skews middle-aged, with mostly people in their 40s and 50s on dates or in small groups, mostly keeping to themselves. The prices are much higher than other sports bars, but that's probably to keep a certain clientele in and a certain clientele out. Given the prices, we stuck to one round of drinks and one round of appetizers. The waitress put everything on one tab and disappeared, so we ended up just splitting the bill via Zelle. Thank goodness for modern technology, because if we'd waited for the waitress to materialize again, we would have been there quite some time and this review probably would have reflected some frustration from that wait.

This is a great place to hangout, lots of televisions, a very bright daytime setting, friendly staff, and skilled bartenders. Spectators Bar and Grill does a great job of offering and delivering delicious food and wonderful drinks equally well. I have a strong appreciation for craft cocktails and they have several specialty drinks worth checking out. You absolutely can't go wrong with burgers and fries but after a couple of visits, I haven't found anything I didn't like. Next visit, I'll venture out and try another entree item, maybe a steak?

For a local spot this spot is good. I like this location and the Sugar Land location. Food is pretty good. Service is good if their not too busy. Ambiance is cool.

It's been almost a year since my first review and I'm still loving this place. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the food is consistency good! They are conveniently located next to work for me, so after a long day it's nice every now and again to have a great cocktail and dinner made for me. So of my favorites after coming often of the year are: *Jalapeno Poppers (Philly cheese steak stuffed, bacon wrapped, baked) *Pretzel with Queso Blanco *Any burger *Ribeye - yes they can make it Chicago (Blue) perfectly! *Wedge BLT salad *Smoked Old Fashioned

This is not your typical sports bar, rather an upscale bar overlooking a lake with items on the menu such as ribeye steak and raw oysters. I saw a drink on their cocktail menu that was $25, if that gives you any idea....although most drinks are around $11. They even have a kids menu. I sat at the bar on a weekday around lunch and it was fairly quiet. As other reviews indicate, they seem to cater to an older clientele...and this was true during my visit as well. The primary reason for my visit though was to try their famous Prime cheeseburger. It was a Monday, so I took advantage of their Monday special and tried the house margarita on the rocks as well. Burger - it is cooked to order with your choice of cheese, I chose cheddar. This burger has got to be one of the best sports bar burgers out there. Based on appearance, it's a 10. It looks like something served at an upscale restaurant or fine French dining. The patty is square and maybe around 1/2 lb. Its made with chuck, brisket and short rib, one of the best combinations you can get for a burger. The shoestring fries complete the meal and are served in a stainless steel container with freshly grated parmesean. Margarita - decent margarita served in a Collins glass. There is a slight artificial flavor taste, so you know it's from a mix. It is shaken, so its not completely pre-made. Overall, not a bad spot to try if you're in the area and have some time to kill, or want to watch a game, as there are 6 TVs that bartop patrons can watch, and a few others around the rest of the room for others.

Let's just say go in expecting more of a sports bar vibe. The place was loud and packed which is a good thing for the business. Tv' everywhere and such a fun place to watch the games. Blaire was our server and she did a great job and our order came out just as we ordered it. The food was really good as well. We all had something different. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was not as spicy hot as expected. We all had a good meal.

This place was unique, because it really is a bar for grown folks and not the 20 year old set. One of my friends was like, "We gotta go there," and so we met him up there. First things first, what's unique about this bar is that it's not a hookup bar kinda place. You really aren't going there to meet anyone new. Everyone there tends to stay relatively with their own group. The energy was fun and loud during a UH basketball game. (I was there with my friend, but paid attention to a baseball game at the time.) However, all you had to do was people watch and you saw the entire bar was filled with the 45 and up crowd. The funniest moment for me, during my people watching was to see a young couple in their 20s enter and look horrified at the crowd and leave immediately. Mind you this 45 and up crowd were good looking people, even the hot girl table, full of mostly women in their early 50s/late 40s were really pretty. However, this ain't a club, my young yelper. You want to meet up with 20 year olds, this ain't it. Because this is an older crowd, catering to that young at heart professional, the prices are just stupid expensive. If this is your neighborhood bar, you probably live in one of the nice townhomes nearby or a swanky Sugarland home. Or you aren't financially responsible. The service was okay. What's good - the waitress was very kind and she let me taste dragonfruit vodka before making a final selection. For the record dragonfruit in any form is terrible, based on that sample. You will be attended. What's bad? Our waitress forgot to bring napkins and took a long time to bring back food or even communicate - hey kitchen behind or anything. I guess my favorite bar just lets me know what's up, so I'm not getting frustrated. She also just automatically put everyone's tab on one ticket. Maybe cause we are talking about swanky rich folks, I don't know, but that was kind of a buzz kill four our group of 4, as only me and my husband had to leave early. The other two were willing to stay later, but hey it's the bars loss, not ours. Now, because I love the vibe, how safe it feels, and the fact it has a lot of fun energy, I would come back. I wouldn't come back regularly with those Paris prices, but yeah a working girl definitely needs a classy sports bar in her life, and this is it. This is why I think people rave about it, but neglect to mention service can be off and the food/drinks are on the hella expensive side. Come to check it out. Stay if this bar is in your budget for neighborhood bars. I definitely would like to come back, just not this month, as I already went over my bar budget with this trip.
