I'd like to start off by saying I gave Torchy's Tacos another chance, but at this location this time. When I first arrived, the wonderful manager (Krystal ) greeted and assisted me with my order. She was such a delight and very polite. She was so nice to my kid and patient with him ordering. Not only was I upset that I had such a wonderful service from the manager here instead of the other place, but the rest of the staff including the busser matched her energy. Why can't every place be like this?? It's like they were all raised by the same parents. So inviting, sweet, and attentive. Don't ever get me started on their mannerism. My gosh, I'm about to apply here just to be around their positive energy. The vibe was chill and energizing at the same time.! Back to the review. The food was massive. I got the Democrat because this big back loves barbacoa. I ordered two and I was overwhelmed. I threw in the white flag. My kid got their kids cheese quesadilla as well as the churros and he enjoyed every bite he took. It was finger licking good. 5/5 recommend, but specifically this location ONLY!

Good customer service starts with being greeted with a smile and someone willing to serve you, and that part of the great experience I always got at Torchy's Tacos along with great food. But that Torchy's no longer exist... Now instead of being greeted with a friendly smile and someone willing to serve you - now you walk up to a cold machine and nobody to great you are help you. For the same reason I do not self-checkout, and stopped going to countless other establishments, my last visit to Torchy's will be my last. There are countless other establishments that value my business enough as a fellow human being that hey will greet me with a human being. Torchy's Permanently Ruined

Service is always super quick, even when it's busy. And everyone is always friendly and we've had quite a few hilarious conversations or interactions with the team at this location! I will say consistency in the food isn't always there and it can be hit or miss but never an awful experience

I door dashed so I cannot speak as to the atmosphere or service except that I have been here before and when I've visited their lunch hour is on and poppin. There's a bar in the middle and usually has people sitting around it. Service is usually friendly and they try to get your order out to you quickly. I ordered the tipsy bowl which is like a deconstructed tipsy chick, the chicken was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The flavors were delish all mixed together with cilantro rice corn, black beans, cheeses, and fried or grilled chicken. I also ordered the half chips and queso. This place has the best queso!!! Definitely recommend this place if you've never been.

Staff were friendly, checking in on us after we received our meals and clearing the tables for us. I could eat my body's weight in the hillbilly queso - it's queso with chorizo, guacamole, and salsa. There are also so many fun taco options!

First time trying Torchy's Tacos and it's not bad for a fast food joint. You order at the front and the food gets delivered to your table. I loved their freshly made chips and they were refilled for free. My husband and I shared 5 tacos to get a different variety. My favorite was the shrimp tacos. My daughter enjoyed her kids quesadilla but I wish it came with more than just 2 small pieces. We had to order a second because it wasn't enough for our 2 year old. We enjoyed the churros at the end of our meal, definitely a must. We would definitely be back!

I love the service here and ambiance on a Sundays with games all over the TVs. This location is really good at taking care of a full house than other locations. I love the juices they make themselves like strawberry dragonfruit. But, I recently noticed their tacos are a bit different. First, the chip trays are now smaller - have to ask for chips more often. They like to put the sauce already on the taco instead of on the side. They also added jalapeños on the brushfire. And the onions are a bit different than usual. The cheese on the ranch hand was different as well.
