Generally even if you skimp on sauce or seasoning you can still have a good wing. I have to say the quality of Wingstop has gone down hill. What use to be a go to is now a waste of money. Got 45 wings Part we're undercooked, some chewy, all soggy and little to no seasoning so basically a plain wing and even the ones with sauce were skimpy. I tried calling several times before going to the website to contact them and post this. I don't like posting bad reviews but when you spend like $60 on food it should be edible at the very least. I really hope they work on quality control of the product and the cook

My husband waited in line for 20 minutes for food that was ordered nearly 30 minutes ago before arriving at the restaurant he checked in with Mia. The young lady work in the front counter. She took his name and was supposed to check the status of his order, but instead, she decided to resume talking to another one of her coworkers Resulting in my husband is even cold food we had to have the food we made was took another 15 minutes out of our day after misleading, my husband and telling him that the food was being prepared and it wasn't it was sitting in the rack of getting cold

this wingstop location was so so delightful ! the flavors on your palette caressing your tongue at every angle really hits the spot! it was my first time trying wingstop and the fries were so mighty tasty so crispy and fresh everything is so fresh! i recommend bertha helped me out she's so funny she was talking about her hubby and how he cheated on her and added so much to the funny experience LOL i laughed out loud the whole time well thanks !

My sister absolutely LOVES this place. But really my only concern is HOW LONG IT TAKES OMG. 20 minutes for only 8 wings to go? That's a little cray. The bathrooms are okay, they do look a little sketchy tho. ALSO ranch doesn't come with your wings and it's like $1.49, like that's a lil expensive for ranch. Bruh also there is no trash can. WHAT RESTAURANT DOESN'T HAVE A TRASH CAN.

It's hard to decide if I should give Wingstop 3, 4, or 5 stars. It's by far our favorite place for wings. If you want hot, spicy wings, then go ahead and burn your mouth here. I used to each the mango habanero wings. But once the Korean wings joined the menu permanently, now they are my favorite. But if you want something nice and mild, my gang can't get enough of the Hawaiian and Garlic Parmesan wings. And I tried the barbeque wings last year, and now they're a regular part of my order. The wings are so good, you might overlook the fries. Large, thick, soft, and very spicy. We pretty much agree that the two best places for fries are Wingstop & Fuddruckers. But what stops it from being five stars? Why do we only eat here maybe once every four months? They must have the worst ordering constraints every. If you've got a group and you figure out what everyone wants, odds are that Wingstop won't let you order it. You can only order in certain combinations. And each order is limited to how many different flavors you can have. Nowhere else do you have to work so hard to place an order. It's like you have to solve an algebra problem every time you order for a group: Becky wants 4 barbeque and 5 Hawaiian wings. Joe wants 5 habanero and 3 cajun wings. Brett and Bob want 16 Korean wings. And Pam wants 2 more Hawaiian, and 3 garlic parmesan, and a lemon pepper. Solve for X and Y if you can only order in sets of 10, 15, or 20 wings. and you can only order two flavors for the 10 and 15 sets and 3 flavors for the 20 sets. Someday, maybe Wingstop will decide to make it easier to order what you want, and then I can add the fifth star to this review.

The level of customer service I received was horrific to say the least. After serving my country for 8+ years it's very disheartening to face service and employees like this. Hope owner or corporate gets a hold of this information and correct. I will never spend my hard earned money here again.
