Clean facility. Gave us a free toothbrush which we expected to pay for. Great, helpful women at the front desk both night and morning. I would use them again.

1/31/25- The continental breakfast upped the stars for this review-lol- As long as I could find some protein options, I was content- Minus- no honey or non dairy products/- soy milk .. At the time of check in- staff said they were fully booked so I couldn't change the ground floor room- Located off the frontage road - freeway noise was heard- along with the hvac- and then the mini fridge fan- Gym- at least they had a room- but only one treadmill- elliptical- Planned on using it- calculated the risk factor - one gym user profusely sweating all over the treadmill made my decision. Housekeeping - must be requested- I waited in the lobby thinking they were cleaning- but it has to be requested. Business trip and booked by the company.. Go figure- housekeeping knocked two separate times this morning waiting and asking when checking out.. had all the way til noon- and that's what the planned time was..lol.

Ordinarily I'm not a holiday in express, but given the traffic in Austin this week, decided to keep in simple, and happy I did. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, and team is nice!!! Surrounded by LOTS of ethnic East Asian cuisine.

Reservation was made a week ahead and all that was available when we arrived was on the ground floor virtually next to the highway. The traffic noise was bad. Had to turn off the fridge and A/C due them turning on and off - the only decent ghing was the shower, but even the the curtain didn't contain some of the water which was on the floor. Think we will find another place next time.

We stayed here one night to attend a concert and have zero complaints on our stay. We were checked in quickly at the front desk by very friendly hosts. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and had 2 queen beds and a sleep sofa. The room was clean with minimal signs of wear and tear. The beds were comfortable too. So comfortable that we all slept through the free breakfast. With close access to the highway and Austin's attractions I know we'll be back for a future visit.

Do not stay here. Our car was broken into even though we parked under a camera. The front desk staff said seven cars were broken into that night. If you care about your safety and property, then do not stay at this hotel.

From beginning to end, securing our reservation at this hotel was a disaster. Two months prior to a wedding event we were invited to we called the hotel direct to make a reservation. After never receiving an email confirmation, we called the hotel a week prior to our departure and to our surprise were told there was no reservation. We made another reservation and were told told that the manager would call us the next day to insure the reservation was blocked under the wedding name. That call never happened. We called the hotel again and was told the reservation was canceled. So I made another reservation and after spelling my name at least five times, the moron at the hotel sent an email confirmation with our names spelled incorrectly. On May 10, in route to the hotel, we were notified by our bank of TWO CHARGES. One for the room amount and another for over $250 for reason unknown. When we arrived at the hotel, again the morons behind the counter were no help in resolving the unknown charge. As it was Mother's Day weekend, there was no management around and nobody with any brains to talk to. At this point, we have been charged for the room amount and the +$250 amount and have formally disputed the extra charge with will take 60-90 days to resolve. We intend to call IHG Guest Services to request a formal investigation into this hotel. We will not rest until they're is significant action taken by IHG Hotels.

Clean, comfortable, and in a pretty good location just off the freeway. Minutes by car into downtown and other attractions. Check in was fast and easy, and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious, many options to choose from.

I had wanted to write a good review about this Holiday Inn because there are several positives, but unfortunately, the end of our stay will keep us from returning to this location. First, the positives. The staff are friendly and engaging and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. While breakfast was the same the days we stayed, it was tasty and the coffee was good. All that being said, I would never consider returning. Our vehicle along with a couple others were vandalized during the night. While they took nothing (all was in our room) we felt violated and are now having to pay $1500 for repairs. This hotel does not ask you for your vehicle info when you check in so although the police had been out earlier in the morning, we were not notified about our vehicle. We were left to discover it on our own. After asking, hotel staff did facilitate us using their vacuum and towels to sit on as there were glass shards everywhere. Being July 4th, our best option was to drive the 3 hours home with no window. Police indicated this is a regular occurrence at this hotel with thieves mainly searching for guns to steal. Hotel staff admitted they have no cameras for outside activity. We were parked right by the front entrance, but vandalism occurred in other spots of the parking lot as well. While Holiday Inn cannot control criminal's actions, I believe it is incumbent on them to provide a more secure environment for patrons.

Stayed for 3 days. It was okay. The room was spacious with the double beds and clean. Conference rooms were small, not many options. The breakfast service was adequate. Did not get a chance to use the pool or gym. Had to drive to a local grocery store for some drinks and snacks since they had no pantry service. Overall is was ok. Check in and check out process was fine.
