First time to a longhorn the restaurant was nice and clean, classic outdoors woodlands look. The booth we had was cozy and comfortable. Restrooms were clean as well. All the food was good except the baby back ribs. The ribs were burnt to much it was a strong smell and taste of char for us. The rest of the food the bread was warm and soft. Shrimp well seasoned not greasy, salad tasty, tossed well not wet right amount of dressing. Mashed potato creamy and savory. Steak cooked perfectly nice sear and seasoned well. Sweet potato was hot and soft tasted better with the cinnamon and butter. You should offer Texas honey as a side as well just an option lol. The service was great our server was Melanie G. She got us everything we needed and came by checking on us many times. For a causal steakhouse it was better than some others out there. Will be back again.

The bartender was friendly. The bar wasn't crowded but there is not a HH. They did bring a loaf of bread with butter. That was the best part of my time here. The wine was overpriced. Hello and goodbye Longhorn Steakhouse- at least for happy hour.

Delicious food and service with a nice quiet ambiance around 2PM. The Lady loved the salmon which she had for the first time and my usual chopped steak with its sauce was great as always. Very attentive waiter.

Why chain restaurants tend to have not-so-great Yelp ratings is beyond me. Maybe quality control is tough at a massive chain? My boyfriend was craving steak so we ended up here for dinner. First off - you can get a full steak dinner here for $15-40 dollars. That is UNHEARD of! I also appreciate the calorie counts posted on the menu :) Second off, that bread is crack. Our lovely server placed it right on the table as soon as we walked in. We happily devoured 3 loaves of the fluffy, warm, bread and spreadable whipped butter. Onto the food - We ordered the lobster shrimp soup ($5.99 a cup) - it was tasty, quality was alright and it had tiny pieces of pre-frozen shrimp, but again, it's a $6 cup of soup. We also ordered the Flo's 9 oz filet ($30.49) with a side of loaded baked potato and Caesar salad. The steak is juicy and delicious. Our first steak came well-done instead of medium. Our second steak came rare so they put it back on the grill for us - third time was the charm! I get it - steak temperatures are tough and they were busy. What we most appreciated was the effort and attention to getting our meal right :) The interior actually feels sophisticated and dare I say, high end. Though it is casual. Our server was amazing, I really wish we got his name. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.

I ate here for lunch and it was amazing. There is a special lunch menu with reduced prices. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken. When I have eaten this elsewhere, the chicken might be 1/4" thick. Here, it was 3/4" to 1" throughout. The lunch entrees come with one side, with many to choose from. A side salad could be had for $1.49, which I went for. Finally, great service by Megan.

Had a great experience for dinner at Longhorn tonight. Service was quick, attentive, and friendly. The food was prepared well, steak was cooked perfectly and it is always a great value for your money. The ambience was lovely and a comfortable environment. Thank you!

We've eaten at Longhorn steakhouse Sunset Valley many times and had good food, and prices. We went on Sunday Oct. 26th, the prices were up 10-15%, some items like pork chops went from 3 to 2. I had a grilled chicken salad and the chicken was underdone, lettuce not really fresh. My husbands baked sweet potato wasn't good, grilled asparagus was burnt, the waitress did bring him another batch. His chopped steak was OK. The day before we went to another restaurant and things were consistently good. Not sure we'll be back to Longhorn.

In a summation: simply delicious. I had the shrimp skewers off of the lunch menu. it comes with an included side, but there were actually two included sides because the shrimp were on top of a bed of rice. I got the okra as an additionally included side and it was prepared unlike I have had before elsewhere. Normally fried okra is cut into half inch "cubes" for lack of a better term. Here they were sliced lengthwise into a few 2-3 inch strips. I throughly enjoyed them this way.

I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to dining out and to tell you the truth, despite my reluctance to patronize this venue, I was pleasantly surprised that I rather enjoyed my dining experience. Since I arrived early before Sir Laurence and Lady Karen to celebrate Lady Karen's birthday, I ordered the Longhorn Old Fashioned, combined bitters and orange with exclusively bottled Small Batch 9yr. Bourbon by Knob Creek which was graciously presented by the bar server Stephanie. Once the guest of honour arrived, we were taken to a booth where I ordered the Chopped Steak, 10 oz. of fresh ground beef loaded with grilled mushrooms and caramelized onions and smothered with our savory garlic herb sauce. Oh man, that garlic herb sauce sent that chopped steak to another level. The two sides that accompanied my order were the Caesar Salad and Fire-Grilled Corn on the Cob, ripe summer corn grilled on an open flame, brushed with Mexican crema sauce and topped with seasoned Parmesan cheese, which was phenomenal. Our server Felicia was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal but was a bit disappointed that Longhorn Steakhouse did not have espresso nor my favourite digestive, Drambuie, so I had to settle for another aperitif and a regular coffee. Nevertheless, I will return to check out some items that I was eyeballing on the menu.
