We order from this dominos a lot and our food is always hot. It is delivered in a timely manner. Love this dominos.

Barely any toppings on my pizzas compared to other locations I've ordered from recently. I asked certain toppings to be left off and they were not. I didn't know until I got home and didn't feel like going back. I won't go back there. I'll go to the one that I know is a lot better.

The pizza looked like it was bought from the frozen section of the grocery store. The pizza looked gross! The cheese was clumped all one side and not evenly distributed or melted all the way.

It took 55 minutes to get my pizza. The tracker said it was quality checked at 1:09. I didn't get it until almost an hour later. Needless to say it was cold. I will order from somewhere next time I want to order pizza. I don't like paying for cold pizza!

I understand being under staff. But don't rush off three orders with one driver so the last person who gets the food isn't cold. Not cool to the customers who spend the money on cold food & warm soda. Rather get my food 20 minutes late and hot instead. When ever I pay cash at the door this never happens. But one time I pay with my card first I get a whole cold meal. & then the d** head manager who wants to hang up in my face. Learn some respect. Thank you a lot.

Ordered food just to "watch" on their tracker app the delivery driver ("Josh") pass up our subdivision, stop at corner gas station for 7 minutes, and return to Dominos. Food never delivered. When I saw driver go past our subdivision, I tried calling the store multiple times only to never get an answer. I called the gas station where Josh stopped and gas station clerk said Josh came in and asked her if she'd ordered food. After she said no, he left. May have been a blessing in disguise after reading other negative reviews. Called them the next day and "manager" said she could not issue a refund to my cc; but, that I could drive to this store for a cash refund. What?! Told her I would never use them again; I am true to my word. Have disputed charge with cc company.

On 12/03/21 @ about 7:00 pm Called the store to order pizza, asked if they deliver 11 minutes 3.1 miles from they're, I was told no they don't deliver that far, and then they hung up the phone with me still needing to order. I called back 3 more times. No answer so I drove over they're the lady manager was the 1 I spoke with on the phone. My wife told her what happened and she said we're busy 2 hour delivery and at least 45 minute pick up. The short time I was they're she never stopped to pay attention to us as a customer. Rude and didn't have the time of day for us

Ordered a pizza and was given an hour wait time. Caller after an hour and 15 minutes and was told my pizza was never made, but that they would make it shortly. Terrible customer service, terrible pizza, and obviously terrible leadership at this location.

Terrible, none of the food was hot and they forgot the ranch for my wings. After calling them and letting them know they asked if I could wait and get my ranch tomorrow. Tiny soggy wings as well. They then informed me it would be at least 30 minutes before I could even get ranch for my wings.
