My ranch & chicken sub had maybe 3 tiny pieces of chicken & had mostly veggies. At first I thought maybe they forgot the chicken! You needed a magnifying glass to see the few pieces. Sad!!! It was dry and horrible. It had no flavor. I had to choke it down. If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have just thrown it away. I didn't ask for it to be toasted & it wasn't cut in 1/2. I will not be back!

I placed my order through their app. My sandwich was made exactly how I ordered and was super good! I had my order brought to my car, since I had my dog with me. They were super friendly. I will definitely be going to this location in the future.

Sandwich was delicious as always. We got three veggie and one turkey. A couple issues. Ordered 4 sandwiches online for pick up with instructions for each sandwich. Some ingredients requested were missing, and none of the sandwiches were cut in half as requested in the online order. My veggie sandwich had some tuna on it. Drive time to the store was 15 minutes, and we waited about 15 minutes at the store - total time was 30 minutes. Perhaps it was a busy weekend as I have not had such issues at other stores.

First then me trying Jimmy John's. It was ok. My friend Juliano told me it was a great sandwich shop. It was ok. I got the Italian club, I should have gotten something else, but it was ok.

This place is excellent. It definitely, is freaky fast service. They finished making my JJBLT sandwich even before I finished paying with the cashier. Love this place. I highly, recommend coming here to eat. Everyone is very attentive to your customer service needs. Also, love the free wifi & music jamming in the background.

Employees are Extremely scared to get Covid. They obviously haven't cared about their physical health a day in their life but they are convinced a mask is what's best for your health.

Went to Jimmy John's tonight and ordered 2 sandwiches. First of all they were talking in the dining room I guess because there was not any customers and while I was waiting for my food the cashier turned her back to me to finish texting on her phone! Will not be returning! Soo un professional!

Their food isn't bad but not very customizable which is why I don't eat their sandwiches very often. I tried to place a $150 order online for a meeting, had issues with the website. Called and they told me to bring the order. I tried to walk in the next day and place the order and was rudely told that if I wouldn't wear a mask I had to leave the store. I was offered a mask, which I declined. OK...fine I say and exited their establishment. No sweat off my back, went to one of the other businesses that provides sandwich tray options (there are plenty) and gave them my business. There won't be a next time for me.
