Ordered the Triple Magnifico Pepperoni last night and I got news for you pizza clowns Marco's is still the Pizza King of Tomball!! Pepperoni perfection on point!!

If somebody ordered a cheeseburger, hold burger, would you not find that odd? Maybe ask the customer if they made a mistake? DO NOT order from DoorDash or expect Marco's to make things right when you get the metaphorical equivalent of a cheeseburger, hold the burger. Also, DoorDash's "not required" fields on their form are, apparently, *required.* Also, the harsh blue light in the store is AWFUL.

Called Friday to confirm they delivered to the location we were having a party. The Manager Jackson was very helpful, polite and professional. He confirmed they did and asked we provide them with a couple hours of advance notice since it would be about 10 pizza pies. Called the day of the party with 3.5hrs notice and the Owner, Bill, was rude and unprofessional. He insisted they do not deliver to the address provided. He provided info to another Marcos that was even further out. I politely asked if it would be possible to pay an extra delivery fee due to the misinformation provided 2 days prior by the manager. He said No! Like I've said we don't service that area. We only service up to telge and grant rd. Called the other Marcos location and they confirmed the other location. After pulling up the map I remembered Bill said I was closer to 99 and not Grant Rd. I pulled up maps and noticed we in fact were located south of grant rd. Bill, the owner, never pulled up the map to begin with or else he would have seen where the location was on the map. We called back to advise and said ok and advised he would talk to the manager. Never took accountability for his mistake. Upon placing the order we scheduled delivery time of 2pm-2:30pm The pizza arrived an entire hour early!! Terrible service! Save yourself a headache and order from another location.

I'll start with the food. Food was delicious. Marcos does a good job consistently. This review is based solely on how they operate this franchise. When you go to the Marcos main website you see offer and offer for affordable, great priced pizza. So you get excited and try to order the unlimited quantity 2 topping large pizzas for 8.99. But hey bad news friend, they don't "honor any of those promotions". Uh, what? You don't honor coupons advertised on the company website? Fine the pizzas were 12.99, which is high considering they're not exactly convenient to me, but I refuse to pay a delivery fee that doesn't go to the driver and just lines the restaurant owners pocket. Left the wallet at home. No sweat, it's 2022 and even the damn girl scouts take tap pay. But on no, not this place. No google, apple, Samsung pay available. Why? It's super convenient. Helps drive more business when someone leaves their wallet at home. So they don't honor certain coupons. They don't have convenient pay options. Just might be the last time I eat here. The two star is because they have a metal head in there who wears a slipknot hat. Folks there are nice so this isn't a reflection on the employees or the pizza, just their weird policies and procedures.

It's unfortunate that our customers don't realize the delivery fees go straight to our drivers. We pride ourselves on taking care of our employees. That's the reason we don't have a high turnover and those that do leave want to come back. We are a real family business!

Pizza is decently better than most commercial pizzas. The cinnamon sticks come almost wet... kinda weird. But overall really good and fast delivery too.

I have been going to this location for a while and even had a delivery to my home 2 days ago and the staff has always been so nice. Today, I ordered curbside, which I also did on 4/20, and when I arrived and called for my order to be brought out, someone answered stating he was the manager and said, "We do not do curbside at this location ", and I told him that I had just got curbside there a couple of weeks ago and that was not true. I also told him my receipt said curbside. He was so rude and he went on a rant about how it was only him and the delivery drivers there and he had pizzas to make and a customer in front of him. I was shocked and disappointed because the staff has always been nice, but this was the first time I had encountered "the manager " and his attitude and behavior were awful. In a calm voice I asked for a refund, he said I needed to come in and get the receipt. I had placed curbside because of my current disability and difficulty walking. I made it inside in the pouring rain to get my refund receipt and he continued to rant. I told him this was poor customer service and that if he didn't want to offer a service it should not have been available online to select. I have attached my previous receipt that proves I ordered curbside at this location recently and received it with no issues which is completely opposite of his stance that they don't offer it. I also attached the receipt from today that gave me the option to notify the restaurant when I arrived. This is really sad, because I had a good experience here until today. It's unfortunate that the leader is a poor representation of this business, when the employees have always been nice in the past. My family and I won't go here again. We will just go to Crust pizza on Louetta where we always get excellent service.
