They told me that the system was down and count take my order and this continuously happens and I have to cancel my order and wait a week for my payment to go back on my card.

Forgetful of food items and condiments almost every time I come. Dont use the mobile app here and expect them to know what they are doing. Wasted reward points at this location just to not receive my items. Customize your order and they will ignore it and give it to you regular. Guess thats my fault for not double checking - figured I wouldnt have to but looks like im wrong.

Food was cold when I got it and I ordered through the app on top of me waiting half an hour when there's no cars in the drive through just to have cold fries as if they were just sitting there not even where they keep fries warm it was a cold tasting fry as if you left it sitting in a fridge and decided to eat the next day. Horrible honestly just fed up with the horrible customer service and it's not just here it's everywhere society is doomed too many simple minded people that's why we can't progress. SMH

Came at 2am to get something to eat, Soon as i pulled into the drive thru was greeted by nothing but attitude by what sounded like an overweight black woman , started on my order which was a quarter pounder with bacon just the sandwich and she responded with a sigh and a "is that all" with agression I ended up driving off. Look lady if you read this I hope god heals you of whatever you are going through but nonetheless thats no way to talk to people.

I pefer to not get a micflurry because they just fill it with oreos and dont stir it so don't do it u will regret it because we had to stir it for so long .

This is the worst McDonald's when it is in adequately staffed in the morning. I have to be at work to open and get things started by 415. It is now 426 and I have still not gotten my order and there are three cars waiting in front of me. I have even come up to the window in the past recently and being told they don't have certain things yet! Why not?! Coffee and a danish, a coffee and a burrito?? Really should've stopped on the freeway. It is much better on. The guy is at the window when I hear him coming over the intercom asking if I'm going to be using my rewards that morning then I know it's gonna be fast service! I regret the days that I do not hear him. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SLOW TURN AROUND TIMES WHEN THAT CHICK IS ON!!!

I really loved stopping by for breakfast this morning. Had to tell if the biscuits were made in store or frozen. My guess is in store since my breakfast sandwich had a fat biscuit. Their frozen biscuits are usually puny. Service was speedy. People were extremely friendly and place looked clean. Bathroom could have used a touch up but I suspect since it was so early in the morning that the closers failed to be sure it was cleaned before they left. Keep up the good work! Your store rocks!

So let's face it McDonalds is McDonalds not elegant dining, therefore it should be consistent at least! I have been sick for days and all I craved was a McDonalds cheeseburger . So I drove out tonight to get one and requested no ketchup! The poor guy at the window could barely take my order because the rest of the staff were laughing and playing around. It not only had ketchup but no onion it was HORRIBLE! I rarely go there but it will be my last time!
