I gone to this Mod pizza a total of 6 times since it opened and I have yet to have a bad experience. Each time I go, I'm always greeted at the door and the workers are really attentive. My favorite employee there is Kassie. She always seems really happy to be there and is quick too! Anytime I go there and she is there, my order gets done so quickly! She always ask if we want anything extra too, which is also nice. I haven't gotten to learn the other employees names yet but they are really nice too and are really attentive. They're a young crew, which might irk some people but they're really energetic and silly. I saw that some people said that they skimp out on toppings but I don't think that they asked for a little bit more because whenever I go, I always ask for a little bit more of cheese or pepperoni and they always give it to me, no questions asked. I honestly thought the portions they give out were good, so i'm not sure what the problem was... As for the quality of the pizza, it sure beats any other pizza place. I love being able to select whatever toppings I want and customize it right there. They have a huge selection. I usually get basil, garlic, pepperoni, bacon, extra cheese and crushed peppers. The crust is tasty too and their lemonade is to die for. I always refill my cup before I leave. It's a nice little location and seems like a great place to hang out after work or after class. The seating is pretty nice too. They have booths and long tables, in case you go there with your friends or show up with your entire family. My only complaint is that the music is a little too loud sometimes but at least the music is good, so it's not that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. I came here the first two times with my Fiance and after that, I went with some friends who had never been before and they liked it too.

My pizzas are always consistent and good. Last time Robin helped me, he was very kind and patient. I come here often with my daughter. There is another guy who works there with neck tattoos, he isn't rude, just not very personable. He may be a manager, I see him every time I come. I typically have to wipe my table every time I go, although I think this is just a MOD thing. The wooden tables aren't a good idea for cleanliness, every MOD I go to has the same tables. Do I recommend this location, yep!

I love this concept. My littlest Grandson, now 13, introduced me to MOD in Round Rock years ago. I have been pleased their Pizza each time I have gone to any MOD. Nobody in the family eats Pineapple and Ham but me and with the white sauce I can tasted it. I feel their prices are reasonable, crust is thin and crispy and the restaurant is clean. One thing that awesome is that you get the toppings you want. The selections are numerous. For a reasonably priced pizza, to feed a family in the tough times it is definitely worth it for the pocket book and I feel the pizza is better than other pizza places in my opinion. I Grandson was on to something years ago.

Food was good as expected but the staff at this location really just doesn't want to be here. There was no enthusiasm or even friendliness. No smiles, mono tone no care attitude. Ordered two pizzas took double the time because the girl was trying to make both at the same time, eg: mozzarella for both? Pepperoni for both? It's like just let us tell you what we want on each instead of trying to rush and do both. Never had issues at MOD but the crew this day gave off the worst vibe, maybe it's time for a change in employees or something to help boost morale.

We love coming to MOD. I'm not big on pizza, but I lobe this place. Yum! And the employees are always so polite and helpful.

Ok. So I've seen this place in place as a chain in DFW but have never been. In Houston for a basketball tournament and we needed a quick alternative to the usual bland Domino's Pizza. We found this place that offers gluten-free and basically make your own pizza that is super quick and efficient so we can be at a nearby pizza party with the other basketball players. This place did not disappoint. The gluten-free pizza was gone quickly and enjoyed. I got a mini with sausage and mushrooms and it was a perfect size. My teen got the meat lovers pizza and he loved it. My husband got a make your own salad and everything was fresh and tasty. We're hoping that there will be a mod pizza in Fort Worth soon as we really enjoyed the personalized aspect and the options available for pizza that tastes amazing. We will definitely be going back to this location on our future adventures here in Houston.

We love MOD. We tried the mobile app order for the first time today. Everything went haywire and they lost our order (it was at the right location btw). So, I'm not giving 5 stars, but I gave 4 because after the issue and long wait, they took great care of us! Don't even know how long this will take.
