Our valet, Jacob was WONDERFUL. He went above and beyond to be accommodating. He was the best part of our stay. The front desk gentleman was also very pleasant but I didn't get his name. The room was cool and in a great location to explore Austin and the bed was great but there are some things that will keep me from returning. The cement floors. Wow. Cool looking but absolutely mind numbing cold on your feet. Bring slippers. The windows were so thin we could hear conversation from the street 5 stories up. There was no coffee in the room. Even motel 6 has coffee in your room. There were no clocks or phone to call for service.

The location of this hotel is great, it’s in a good part of Austin with lots of food and drink options. I would say that the rooms are a little overpriced.
The rooms are large and clean , the bathroom is massive. For the price I would expect additional amenities such as a coffee machine in the room.

We had a room block here for our wedding weekend, and hosted our wedding after party event at the Arrive. All of the staff, and most especially Joshua, were so incredibly kind and helpful. Joshua was quick to respond throughout the planning process, and it meant so much to us that he seemed genuinely so excited for us to be organizing parts of our wedding weekend at the Arrive. The location, the hotel aesthetic, and, most importantly, the service was amazing. We are so grateful we found the Arrive! We will definitely be back to stay again.

Honestly not one to really ever write reviews. However this place is super disappointing.

On arrival check-in was fine enough but had to wait a while to see someone which seemed to be the theme throughout the stay.

The place is charming enough - rooms generally clean and to be honest the location is in a vibrant and fun part of town.

However where this place falls down is the service. Lets break it down;

The bar; on arrival i literally sat at the bar for a good 5 minutes before getting served whilst there were two bartenders on duty. This was at roughly 4pm in the afternoon before the rush and whilst the female bartender was making another order she didnt once acknowledge me even when i made eye contact and politely tried to grab her attention. The other male bartender didnt acknowledge me at all (again literally sat there for 5 mins) and instead was talking to another patron about his trading portfolio.

The rooms; I was there for just over 2 days and on both full days my room wasnt serviced once? Surely one day without cleaning is kind of unforgivable? But two? I spoke to the front desk and they were apologetic however no comp or anything offered. Instead an offer of someone to clean it if i went out that evening was made. So essentially offering to do what they should have done for the last two days as standard? Didnt feel like it was an attempt to make up for the inconvenience of the last 2 days. The final point to add here is that this wasnt a one off event - my colleague who was staying there didnt have his room serviced either - so this clearly isnt a one off incident.

When my rooms finally were serviced there was no restocking of the mini bar and just a bunch of towels left on the couch/seating area. Not exactly a high star standard.

The receptionists were nice enough and apologetic however when i wen down to raise the complaint of the room i had to actually end up waving down a bar staff member to find a receptionist for me.

If you dont really care about service and are ok with your room not getting serviced then like i say - a charming hotel in a nice area but theres not much more going for it than that.

Location of this hotel is pretty good, however rest of amenities not so much! the bed and pillows unfortunately are very uncomfortable foam type of fabric makes it very hard to sleep for a hotel at this price! Room temperature is maxed so If you feel cold in winter, sleep with your hoodie!!!
Not even a free bottle of water but you can pay for a sneaker bar 5$ in the minibar!  Overall I think not the best value for money tbh, I wont be staying here again!
