I’m a fan of high quality craft cocktails, so I had been wanting to try Roosevelt Room for awhile.

I walked in with my friend to try it out (no reservation) the wait was less than 10 minutes to be seated.

Their menu is situated similar to other cocktail bars I’ve been to (not in Austin). The menu has the drinks listed in the different time periods of alcohol they’re from.

I ordered the clover club, which was made very well. The taste was up to par, definitely recommend giving it a try.

The milk pinch wasn’t really what I was expecting, it was very floral (as you can probably see by the picture). I wasn’t a big fan of this drink myself since that’s not the kind of taste I like, but it was built as a great cocktail-just not for me.

Our server provided great service and had good knowledge of the menu and cocktails in general.

It’s a very dark lighting space, looks good for an intimate date night.
One thing I learned that I didn’t know is that they also serve food.

The cocktails are ~$20 each, they do also offer an elevated version of each cocktail which uses more expensive liquors. Those cocktails are mostly $75 and up.

This is our favorite bar. Great atmosphere and the bartenders are always coming up with great new drinks. The New Years party is a great time too.

The Roosevelt Room is a gem in Austin! Best crafted drinks I've ever had - JUST WOW! They use fresh ingredients and the service is top-notch. The mixologists are incredibly experienced and create the most amazing cocktails. Highly recommend!

Visited Rosevelt Room after making a reservation through OpenTable. The hospitality was great, and I was seated on time. I ordered the Vida Completo cocktail, and it was really good. I also had the cheese plate, which had a nice mix of cheeses, nuts, and pickles. I tried the Blue Blazer with mezcal, a hot drink that was a first for me—interesting experience, but not for everyone. The Bramble I ordered afterward was also good. However, the music and vibe could use improvement for a high-end cocktail bar in downtown Austin. Service was a bit slow, especially since it wasn’t crowded.

The Roosevelt Room is an exceptional establishment that stands out due to the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The bartenders are not only well-versed in the art of mixology but also exhibit a genuine passion for their craft, ensuring that each cocktail is crafted to perfection. Their extensive knowledge of spirits and ingredients allows them to create unique and memorable drinks that crater to a wide range of taste. It does run on the higher end of bars in Austin but it is well worth the visit.

Moreover, the staffs friendliness and welcoming demeanor contribute significantly. Most of the staff has passed the Bar 5 exam which is one of the most difficult test in the world of mixology and/or have won awards. They are attentive, approachable, and always ready to engage in conversation about their craft. The service level at the Roosevelt room is constantly high with staff members going above and beyond.

The quality of cocktails at the Roosevelt room is unparalleled in Austin. Each drink is meticulously prepared with the finest ingredients resulting in a perfectly balanced drink. Whether you are a cocktail connoisseur or simply looking to enjoy a well made drink. Roosevelt room is sure to impress.
