This a a Jack in the crack. Fast food in the age of the rona is the road where mediocrity is now only worsened by long wait times. For whatever reason my body was wanting two tacos for 99 cents which haven't been that cheap in idk but that's what I wanted. My husband wanted a jumbo Jack so I ordered that combo and ended up paying about $12. I got in line at 8ish and made it home at 830 and I live .7 miles away. If only I had waited until 9 pm I could have gotten one of those late night meals that had the stupid tacos in it with a weird sandwich, fries and drink for six bucks. We didn't get sick and it met my odd craving, so it was a win in the age of the rona. Lowered expectations are the new normal in the Biden era.

30$ for 2 plain chicken sandwiches that they couldn't even get right. I asked them to repeat the order because i couldn't hear the guy over the intercom and dude spoke even quieter in person on purpose, looked like he hated his job.. still got my order wrong after i looked in the bag. Bad food worse service. Definitely won't go back

Fast food my a$$. Been in drive thru 20 mins, (4 cars ahead of me) get to order screen and its 'please wait'. 10 mins later they finally take my order. 30 mins for 'fast' food is ridiculous

Stopped in really quick to grab a bite to eat and was helped by Jessica. This was back in October and I apologize for writing late but her level of customer service was so worth coming back to make sure I wrote this review. It was friendly, professional and she didn't hesitate to go above and beyond. I hope she is appreciated and seen at this establishment.

I was sitting in school when my friend told me there was a 59 cent jumbo jack. The entire day I could not wait to go, I was having a pretty bad day so this made me feel good. So after school i went to jack in the box and got the burger, although when I got home I came to realize that they did not put the patty in the burger. So I had to make my own patty to put in the burger. I was very sad

Business Manager " Jack B" needs training in quality assurance, this place is NOT aligned with any standards. Jack B, have you tried going through the drive through as a customer? Stone cold fries that had black pieces throughout, COLD sandwiches and barely warm chicken strips...paying $25 for a bag of crap, consistently BAD food. Step up your game Jack B, you are the problem. By the way, there is NO Jack in the box that even has a 2 star review.....management is NOT listening to their customers, what a joke. High potential for food poisoning, perhaps a surprise visit from a health inspector is warranted. There was food and trash all over the floor, workers just don't give a shit.

They were short staffed the day I went. The poor gal behind the counter said there was just two people there for the lunch rush and apologize for the 10 minute wait in the drive-through for a mobile order. I ordered two meals with milkshakes and did not get a straw. I even asked her if the straw was in the bag and she said yes. On a road trip, no way to drink the milkshake. Left feedback on the Jack in the Box app, the app states that somebody from the corporation would reach out. Neither owner nor corporate responded. Sad.

Usually I have never had an issue with this place, despite being slow, because my food came out hot. Lately this place has gone down hill on quality. Today really frustrated me when I ordered meat lovers burritos and they only had the ham, egg, and cheese. All four were wildly different sizes and all missing the sausage and bacon. Luckily I'm close by so I could get it fixed, but the replacement burritos leave much to be desired. They were pretty luke warm. I've had better ones from other Jacks

Let me start off this review by saying this is NOT the first time I've had trouble at this location. In the past, I've had issues mostly ranging with the staff. Examples being rude customer service (which I've ignored and did not report; everyone has bad days), bad chicken sandwiches or French fries (from old/not changed oil), etc, etc. Just human errors, or bad procedures. Why did I go back? Well with each of those issues when it came to my food quality being gross or inedible, I contacted the franchise owner, Richard, and let him know (there are signs on the drive through window that he's posted his contact info in case of issues). He's been nothing but respectful with my complaints and offered free food coupons every time (3 times now) to come back and give them another try. So after each issue, we have waited a long while before giving it another shot with our coupons, hoping for change. 3 times it did not change.. so we did not go for like a year. Today, however, we had a craving for some. We had hoped things had changed, and decided to give it a go. I can report that the oil for the fried food was actually fresh this time (the fries and chicken were not black or tasted like burnt oil). So that was great. Kudos if Richard and company changed their policy on how often to change their fry oil. Not sure if that, or if we just came after a lucky replacement, but it was great for us to see that nonetheless. However... a couple other issues occurred. One, the drive through worker was very impatient. After telling us the order total, I turned to my girlfriend to make sure the total was correct and go over it quickly in my head, but within seconds (literally 5 seconds), the employee started loudly tapping her fingernails on the counter. She was that impatient.... we ignored it, apologized for holding her up for the 7 seconds, and paid. After paying and waiting for our food, we happened to glance over to see how the progress was, and BOTH of us saw her scoop fries into our fry container, see a fry (curly) drop onto the metal counter, and Sheila pick up the fry WITH HER BARE HAND and toss it back into the fry batch. She then proceeded to scoop said fry(s) into a new fry container for our order (as we had ordered two large curly fries). So yes, we ended up getting a very unsanitary batch of French fries. That grossed us both out. And we drive home talking about the potential of us getting sick and that is how disease and sicknesses spread. Upon eating our food, I quickly realized my lettuce had MANY brown spots on all of them, which could not be missed by any set of eyes. That was gross, and could easily be replaced by anyone, before sticking it in someone's sandwich and wrapping it up, calling it good. Very gross. I then took the lettuce out, took a bite, and instantly also realized that the chicken patty was hard in the center. Unsure of whether it was gristle or what.. just know it was gross and inedible. So my meal consisted of 20 dollars worth of bad lettuce, unsanitary Curly fries, and two bad spicy chicken sandwiches. Again let me reiterate - I love Jack in the Box! So tasty. It's just this location that just never, ever seems to get better. There's always a problem, and always something happening. So this time, instead of going to Richard again, with yet more issues (and probably just get the same respectful response and free coupon offers), we've decided to simply make a review.. and warn others of our luck (or lack thereof) with this location. Getting our money back would be nice, but we're not interested in any further coupons or food from this location. So we figured we'd simply take the monetary loss and move forward from the location. TL;DR - I'm not sure if all local jack on the boxes are owned/operated by the same person or not, but if so, I'd be forced to suggest going elsewhere. It's not fun to get sick, feel sick, eat germs, or have multiple of the same issues every single time you visit an establishment; especially a restaurant.
