This place is amazing! Popped in here for a quick bite on my way into the city and I was not disappointed! I told the lovely man behind the counter I had been craving a good sandwich and he quickly listed off a bunch of options based on my preferences. I ended up going with a classic New York Roast Beef and when I tell you my soul left my body, it quickly came back to be able to enjoy more of that flavor! Amazing food, and I cannot give high enough praise for the people running this place. Very sweet, very helpful, and fantastic customer service.

Low key casual deli with good food, decent prices, and tentative service.  We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday as we were in the area and had never been.  Service was quick and with smiles. Food came fast enough and was overall great.  The Philly was actually one of the best I've had, and I'm usually not much for Phillys cuz they're always dry. This was juicy and tasty.  American sub was a loaded sandwich.  Fries are well seasoned. We'll definitely be back next time in the area.

Oh my!! I just went for my first time and got the philly and it was perfect!! The owner was also incredibly sweet. When l told him it was my first time he gave me some of their delicious potato salad for free. And l also tried the chocolate peanut butter cake roll which was sooo good! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Edit 6/22/24: Decided to give it a try again after a couple years because its the only place close to me that has bagels but I was even more disappointed this time. There is an insulting amount of cream cheese on this bagel and the cashier just has no idea what she’s doing. Couldn’t figure out an order of 2 bagels without me repeating no less than 6 times and waited until my to go order was done and in my hand to start brewing the coffee I ordered. No matter what you order, they always will skimp in something. See the pictures.

The sandwiches are pretty decent and taste good. The location is great and it’s super clean with a large menu and huge pastry selection. What I can’t overlook is the sides. A side of fries is 6 (yes SIX) dollars and this is the amount you get? Absolutely ridiculous. I spent many years as a short order cook for several restaurants and have literally done thousands of side orders of fries. Never in my life have I heard of this portion of fries costing $6. It’s honestly insulting, and the other sides are almost as bad. If you order pasta or potato salad, you’ll be lucky to get 3 full bites worth. An absolutely miniscule portion. I’d be fine with paying half the money for a side of fries, or $6 for double the amount but this is just sad. The sandwich bread is also almost always improperly toasted. Reuben bread should not be soggy. The shorter of the 2 servers in front is also usually super rude. I was glad I had the other server helping me today until she also treated me poorly. As a New Yorker, I’m a bit disappointed after a few visits
