Just got done ordering through the drive thru. The gal that took my order was darling and the food was great as it usually is but the gentleman that handed me my food and put my sandwiches in the bag is a health risk. He was very nice but while I waited for my food I watched the gentleman pick his nose twice and stick a finger in his mouth to get something out of his teeth. He then put my sandwiches in my bag and handed me the bag. I did call right after looking for a manager just so I could let someone know but they did not have a manager so I just told the man on the phone what had happened. This review is not written to get this nice man fired but maybe just as a reminder that health and safety are EVERYTHING when dealing in the food industry.

Great food and good prompt service!
We got a half-sized Urban Cowboy and slice of cheesecake. The NY style Cheesecake was spot on!! The sandwich was excellent too. It was not slapped together and wrapped up, like most fast food places. Someone took there time and crafted a great sandwich.
Will be stopping by Gandolfo’s in Orem again!

Actually we were at gas station.  But grabbed a couple things. Chevron gas convience store. The greatest gas station. You get a free banana with a purchase. Can't beat that. It's clean, workers friendly.

Love this place. Always have. The sandwiches are unique and delicious. So many options to choose from and breakfast all day. I love the urban cowboy the most. Enjoy! It is attached to a gas station, so that's a little weird. But still the best sandwich in town!!
