I would prefer 3.5, but I’d rather just round up to 4 if I had to choose between a 3 and a 4 because it is a well-meaning business.

The site is well kept and the staff is friendly. Everything seemed very clean including the bathrooms. Not busy at lunch time on a Saturday for Labor Day weekend which was surprising. The food and beers we had were good.

They really need the rethink their sides. A tiny salad or tortilla chips (potato salad was out that day)?? I’d rather have potato chips, fries, or something similar as an option. The tortilla chips were just not good (dry and thick with no salsa) and the salad was nothing special.

The interior is an odd space too. It gives me mall food court vibes with its uncomfy, hallow metal chairs.

Whew this place is busy. Beer was decent. Nachos were decent. It’s way too loud. The servers look like their heads are going to explode it was so busy. And nothing was going on in the bottling area, through the looking glass. Boring.

Otter Creek is an beer and great brewery with pub to try some of their tasty brews and some really good food. I had smoked corn beef and the Tiny Larger. When ever we are in Middlebury we always stop in. One of these days I'm going to do a tour and kick back enjoy a few brews and some good grub.

The food was great and you have to be living under a rock if you haven't had any OC or Shed beers. I like the outdoor seating and the games are great for kids. It's dog friendly too as most places are in VT.
