My wife and I ended up having an unplanned dinner date and decided to top off the evening with something sweet. We stopped by Burlington Bay Market & Cafe, and we are glad we did. The Salted Caramel Sundae I ordered was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced between rich, creamy, and just the right touch of salt to bring out the flavor. It was the kind of dessert that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even though we just popped in for dessert, they treated us with care and kindness. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The ambiance was just what we needed, laid-back and inviting, with stunning views of the lake right outside. The weather was beautiful that evening, and enjoying dessert by the water made the moment feel even more special. Burlington really showed off for us that night. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful, scenic spot with quality treats and great service. We'll definitely be back

The store was very close to our hotel and was still open beyond 8pm. They had a good collection of hard liquor brands and wine. They also had regular sodas, snacks and quick bites. The deli was closed already, for the night. I bought small sparkling wine bottle, a coke zero, a smart water, cheese ill-it and cookie from the store. The prices were decent as I was surprised the total purchase amount was much lower than what I was expecting. The checkout was easy, the clerk was friendly. The store has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. People use the outdoor seats to watch sunset at the lake.

Excellent spot for a quick bite by the water. I got a Cajun sandwich with fries for a reasonable price after walking by the water, and it was quite good. We got cremees too for our taste of the Vermont specialty.

Had to get a creemee when I was visiting Burlington for the weekend! Burlington bay market has a solid one. They have some really nice outdoor seating overlooking the water. I think what sets them apart is that they have a black raspberry flavor in addition to the usual vanilla and maple. It did melt really fast though. 10$ for 2 regular sized. Can't really go wrong. Delicious.

I am surprised I haven't done a review for this place yet but I have gone through a lot of changes the past couple of months so finally getting around to doing it. Going to keep it sweet and simple (which essentially describes this place). I was lucky enough to be treated to ice cream at this place by some kind strangers I had been dining next to at another restaurant nearby. We got to talking and one thing led to another (super nice older couple) and they said, "We have to take you to this place that has excellent creemes." I had no clue what a cremee was but it sure as heck did not disappoint. Given the long line that had formed outside the pickup window, I understood why this place's popularity. I am super picky about ice cream, but this creeme tasted so good. It literally was smooth and creamy. I added chocolate sprinkles to mine, because why not? They have other flavors but I stuck to plain vanilla. Maple ice cream I did not know was a thing until moving to Vermont. I ended going back a second time when family came to visit. They also have a market inside and offer hot food as well that you order at the counter and pick up at the counter. Seating is offered indoors and outdoors but I don't think they have table service. More like self serve. Anyhow, I wish it was closer to Saint Albans because Burlington is about 30-40minutes away from where I am, but I highly recommend it. If I go back a 3rd time, I would try the food. I bet it is great!

Two words--Maple Creemee!! It was our first one while in Vermont. Loved the flavor. Service friendly and fast. Pricing not so bad either. Loved the outdoor seating that gave us a perfect view of Lake Champlain.
