Very delicious food. I had the duck and it was perfectly cooked. My husband had the hanger steak and it was so tender and juicy. Drinks were great. Service by Morgan and everyone else was amazing. She happily answered every question we had. We sat on the chef bar and watched the chefs cook the food, it was an incredible experience. I want to go back.

I’m going to be DREAMING about the Parker House rolls for years to come and that was only the start of the meal! We had a great time here with our server, Hannah. The restaurant was beautiful with an incredible open kitchen and huge full bar. We got the amazing Parker House rolls and the Haribose cheese which were all delicious. For entrees, we split the large 3 person ribeye and the broccoli along with an order of the potatoes. Everything was so, so good.

Good spot for “elevated” dining where the menu changes daily.  We weren’t super impressed by the starters (turnips, tuna tartare), but the main dishes were all great.  Swordfish was great, steaks were great, and the pork pasta was OK.  Fingerling potatoes were also a great side.  Dessert was really nice too - ginger dish was the best.

The atmosphere, the service and the food were awesome. I like the fact that you can see the chefs cook your food while being at your table. I ordered the bread rolls as an appetizer and the hanger steak with crispy kale for my main. The bread was crispy outside and soft inside with a little honey butter. The steak was well seasoned and the kale was spectacular. The only bad thing I have to say is that the steak was a bit cold. I highly recommend and I hope I get the chance to go back and try the duck and another appetizer.

Hand of the woods lived up to its reputation as one of the best restaurants in Burlington. From them from the moment we entered, we were welcomed and guided through our meal by a superlative staff. Every dish on the “small plate” centered menu was beautifully plated with fresh ingredients. The tomatoes in theCherry Tomatoes with Sweet Corn Ricotta dish were some of the most flavorful I’ve ever tasted. The hanger steak was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. You cannot go wrong at this restaurant.
