Awful, Took half a hour to get my food, dont go here ever. Staff is miserable, they won't speak to you and they are all awful. They are not organized well at all

rude staff and awful service. I usually get a whopper once a week. I like the flavor. The last few times I have gone there the people at the front pretty much ignore anyone standing at the front. They don't even acknowledge anyone. I order online and I could see my order sitting behind the counter. After 5 minutes of waiting I politely asked someone if she could hand me my bag. " she snapped at me "I'm busy!" She was writing labels! something that could have waited. When I finally got it everything was cold and I was late to work. I'm done with Burger King.

This place has gone downhill quickly. Employees seem to be living in their cars in the parking lot. Do they even bathe? Tables are seldom clean. The staff stands or sits behind the counter reading their phones while the food sits in the bin waiting to be served. Waited 20 minutes recently for a simple meal. Where is the manager?

This location had several chances and every time there's was one negative thing that I experienced, The staff aren't trained very well and are not trained to use the drive thru, they shut their grill down an hour early I don't get out of work till 11 on Saturday's so when I got an rude response from the lady at the drive thru because I couldn't order any burgers due to them being out of pre made burgers was disappointing and disrespectful to your customer base that order every day, one night I went to order from the drive thru the guy didn't know how to run it so he had the manager come talk to me at the window and he snapped at me telling me to come inside and order what is the point of an drive thru at that point? The last big issue I've had is the worst, I went to order with my nephew and there was an guy who was trying to order an burger that was no longer on the menu, my nephew and I just looked at each other and his brother standing behind us got hostile with me accusing me of looking at his brother funny, the brother ordering the food then turned around and then started getting hostile with me at this point I was getting frustrated with this disgusting behavior from these two I had lost my cool it all culminated to these two trying to get me outside to jump me and physically harm me, the manager did nothing till about half way when he was gonna kick all three of us out which would of put me into harms way, the brother that was ordering kept calling me shameful slurs like Fata** over and over again, the brother that started all this then called me an f**got then preceded to call me an n**ga when I'm Caucasian I'm not even African American he was also Caucasian which made this whole situation worse, this is the worst place I've ever been to and they have lost my service if anyone has the number to corporate I'd appreciate it, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We ordered junior burger special two for five .....Hamburg looks like it was cooked and held in a meat tin then warmed up when time to serve....it was past the hold time..both burgers were like this and the burger was not hot but Luke warm....the food has not been hot or fresh last three times we have visited..but Luke warm and past its hold time.....breakfast sandwiches has been hot though...nuking already cooked burgers on the grill in t fresher grilled....please heat the food properly ..thank you.

I eat here and deliver food from here often. They are always fast and polite. I enjoy the staff there quite a bit.

For the spicy wrap tonight at Burger Kingin Colchester Vermont it was horrible it was little squares of chicken instead of one piece of chicken breast in the tortilla I am pleading for all of you to hear me who are reading this get away from Burger King and McDonald's the food is extremely fake now wake the hell up I am sending this alert completely out of love just a few weeks ago the chicken was delicious chicken breast it is no longer chicken breast nor is there any morr ammoynt of chicken as there used to be! It is only 25% which tasstes absolutely fake!!!!

Drive though was a clown show. 6/5 at 12:30 the operator taking my order had the worst attitude and started yelling at me because I asked if he got my order. All I did was ask if he "Got It" then tried to keep talking over me. There was 10 cars in line and held everyone up. Went on an empowerment trip because they took what I said the wrong way. Will never do business there again. Inside is really dirty, will reach out to the health inspector.
