Came here for lunch on a Saturday. There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. My son ordered a steak burrito with queso and guac which increased the price to $17. They didn't get his order right even though you stand in front of them and tell them what you want. Also got chips and guac. The chips were very salty. The ambiance was fine for a fast food place. My son likes the flavor of their burritos, but this is not real Mexican food, and I feel like it's on the bland side. In the University Mall shopping area with plenty of parking.

Ran out of shredded cheese??? How? And they don't have it noted anywhere to let customers know? There's 3 grocery stores in the vicinity that they could run to grab some to hold them over. The chicken was insanely dry. At least the queso was good. Will be avoiding this place.

First time at this location and it didn't disappoint. These people know how to make a bowl! It was so stuffed which I was very thankful for cause I wanted to have food leftover for the next day. I'm a flight attendant so money can be tight. Food tasted great but the chicken was a little spicy. No biggie tho since I had water. Would 100% go back if I'm in the area!

Insanely understaffed. The employees are clearly doing their best, but some stingy franchise owner is clearly trying to squeeze this place to the bone. If there's a line out the door, and you're having to close early, HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Went there with my daughter for lunch on 12/28/2024. Well, the food didn't make me sick, but I really wonder how this place passes it health inspections. The place is an absolute pigsty. The floors look like they haven't been swept or mopped in weeks. The tables were all dirty, and the trash cans overflowing. I mad the mistake of going to use the restroom, it was disgusting! Toilet clogged, sink filthy, paper all over the floor. I turned around and got out as fast as I could. I don't know who the franchisee is of this location, but they ought to be ashamed of themselves and of the condition of this eatery. I will NEVER go back here and will make sure I spread the word about this location. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. The food was not ready on time and they ran out of one item between the time I ordered it and when it was (eventually) ready. That's unfortunate, but stuff happens, not a big deal. However, when I asked how to get a refund for the missing item, two of the customer-facing employees said I had to complete an online survey to initiate and request a refund. I did the survey in the parking lot and reported the missing item in the survey and surprise: no refund. Head back into the restaurant where the manager now said, her employees used "the wrong words" and I had to call a 1-800 number to get my refund. Called from inside the restaurant and when I explained what happened and asked for the promised refund, was instead offered a store credit for my next order. Let me tell you, there will be no "next order". Aside from the general incompetence of the staff, while I was on hold I watched an employee compress an overfilled trashcan with his bare hand then simply return to work. In the 30 minutes it took me to get my order and refund, this same employee also kept putting his hand down his pants then interacting with food and customers. No wonder Chipotle has been linked to several foodborne outbreaks. This location is filthy. The employees are not helpful, flat out rude and have some of the worst hand hygiene I have ever seen. Not recommended (obviously).

I would give this zero stars if I could but I'm giving it one. After waiting in line for over 45 minutes the worker put lettuce on my burrito that was dripping in water and soggy. She then picks up a piece of lettuce, looks me in the eye, and tells me that there is ice in my lettuce. She put this piece of lettuce back in my burrito and said, "it will give it a bit of crunch!" I was FURIOUS. The rice was undercooked and they barely gave me any guac. I do not have the kind of money to pay for Chipotle so when I do it is me TREATING MYSELF. This experience RUINED my day and I was already having a very bad one.

The staff was friendly helpful and professional. Tables full of people enjoying their food. I like Chipotle salads. Fairly healthy for fast food. The hours this site are limited due to short staffing but when they are open, they do good!

The service was absolutely atrocious. They were very inconsiderate to my friends and I, as we are paying customers. They were also out of lettuce, cheese, and sour cream as well. Personally if I am paying for meal I want to get the most out of it and not settle. The tables were also sticky. No thank you.

These folks don't know what they are doing behind the counter. Serving Al Pastor chicken as regular chicken and swearing the regurlar chicken has always been that spicy and saucy.... what?
