A full 5 star review was absolutely earned. A breath of fresh air in overall operations was certainly noticed. Highlights as follows: Fantastic follow up to book my car after insurance claim was made. Total time less than 5 minutes. A smooth shuttle pick up from the body shop in a clean van with professionally looking driver. Total wait time for pick up less than 10 minutes. Ease of check-in with no wait to retrieve the rental using new hand held devices by staff. Entire process was l as than 20 minutes. Staff friendly! Clean car that operated flawlessly for several days. The car had a Clorox sanitizer wipe included., Return of car at the shop to save time. First time this service has been offered and saved 45 minutes. This is the way all rental car experiences should be but rarely are. My overall customer satisfaction is positive based on my visit. My first 5 star review of any rental car company. Awesome job Enterprise and will be sure to use you in the near future.

First of all this location had 2 vehicles for rentals they didn't try and acquire more from another location or even offer to transfer me from another store. They seem very lazy. I get a call at 5:32 pm right before they about to close asking me to move my vehicle to the back when they could've told me before I left that it wasn't customer parking. I've NEVER been to this location before so I don't know! I definitely will NEVEr go here again! I wish I would've just went to independence. I ONLy picked this location solely based off the fact Hondas body shop to fix my 2023 Ridgeline is 2 or 3 mins away easier to tow when they pick my truck up. I asked the lady why did she wait till they are about to close and she tells me we didn't know you were leaving it. Lady I literally said that Honda was coming to tow my truck as soon as my claim finishes with USAA but she wasn't listening to me clearly. She gives me this small behind AUDI when I have a pick up truck I'm tall I'm not short like her I could barely get in the SUV and the seat didn't even go back... I feel like I have to pretty much deal with it. I asked for a call when more vehicles come in and I get a call about my truck that should've been handled hours again I was at that location at 10am. I'm on my way out of town and now I'm having to STOP what I'm doing because they couldn't convey that message at 10am to me. You say customer vehicles are in the back but it's 2 pick up trucks towards the front ? In which I thought 1 of them was for me when my reservation says Pick up truck it doesn't say small SUV. Had I have known I was getting a small SUV I would've called USAA for another location. You shouldn't even be open all day for rentals with 1 car at your lot. Maybe I'm crazy but in Texas where I am from they will go pick up vehicles for their customers! They are extremely lazy here. From one Active Duty service member to the NEXt don't waste your time coming to this location!!!! Oh did I mention they gave me a vehicle that the registration expires DEC 24 it's Nov 29th and I'm told your vehicle won't take that long... it's 30 days Sir you work at Enterprise you ARE not a dealer nor are you a repair shop. Nor do you even know what going on with my vehicle. Jack towing don't care about that let this rental get towed

Two visits and both times have been absolutely splendid. Whenever I need auto body work, I use Hampton Collision on Chestnut which is probably less than 5 mins away. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been on time to pick me up every time! All of the drivers have been friendly & considerate. Every interaction with employees in the office has been exceptional. Enterprise goes out of their way to ensure outstanding customer service. Every transaction from beginning to end has been smooth. No waiting, no issues. My second visit is the first since quarantine. I loved the Clorox wipe in the rental vehicle! I highly recommend Enterprise. I've used other Enterprise locations and always a consistent wonderful experience that deserves a 5-Star review.

I was in an accident and needed a rental car while my car was in the body shop for repairs. Geico was the insurance company of the person who hit me and apparently Enterprise works directly with the body shop that my car was at. Ariel was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She drove to the body shop and picked me up so I didn't have to find a ride. Upon arriving at her Enterprise location, she was quick, efficient and thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the rental car she would be putting me in. I was given a 2019 Chrysler 300, which she explained was comparable to my car that was being worked on. She highlighted the features of the car and made sure to explain that she wanted to put me in something that would be similar to what I already had. I felt like this was just an added personal touch and I truly appreciated that. I highly recommend Enterprise for any rental car needs and if you come to this location, see Ariel. She will take amazing care of you!

I will never get a rental from here solely because of the customer service. The rental car itself was clean enough, but I could do without the snarky attitudes and laziness from the employees. They told me there was only 40 miles of gas in the rental car and asked if I wanted them to fill it up. I have never rented a car where the company asked that, and was confused why they would even ask. Normally the car is already filled up... When I later asked them to fill it up, the men made their annoyance very clear. I was surprised to see the car was filled to only half a tank, and my father was confused by this. They lied to my father on the phone that they explained their gas policy to me - which apparently is that they can only fill the car up half a tank - but that never happened. Also, the entire process of waiting for the car to be ready took an entire hour.

The Virginia Beach Blvd. location is the one we always use because the staff is so customer service oriented. There have been several times over the years where the corporate website offered cars the local store did not have in their fleet. They've always made a point of providing something comparable or superior to what was shown on the website. Today there was a complication on my end with returning the car on time. I called and explained the situation to Leonard. He was very supportive, made a note in the system so I wouldn't be charged extra, and then offered to help further. Hannah did the inspection when I returned the car. She was cordial and professional. It didn't take her long to have me on my way. Gina handled the reservation on the front end. She made certain I got a vehicle that was comparable to what was shown on the website that they don't carry in their local fleet. The staff at this location is why we continue to use Enterprise.

Do not go to this Enterprise. Unfriendly employees who exaggerate the truth. They wasted 45 min.of my time waiting for a car that was never ready. The manager attempted to make things better, but it didn't help. My experience with this Enterprise was negative from the minute I walked in.
