Just your standard Jimmy John's sandwich (which is not a bad thing), always a decent quick sandwich. Sandwiches seemed on par with other locations and delivery time was average if not a bit slow.

Checked online for hours and said close at 9. Walked up at 8:25 and the young woman working looked at me and proceeded to lock the door and turn the lights off. Seems extremely unprofessional and odd for a business who already has such poor rating.

Normally a huge fan of Jimmy John's, but I just saw this guy run a stop sign and almost run over a family with a baby stroller. He then went speeding down Pacific Avenue at what I can only estimate was at least 60 mph (the speed limit is 35 mph, I was going about 40 mph and he absolutely was flying compared to me). Not really sure what the appropriate forum to address this in, but this guy is a danger to other people on the road.

Rude and unprofessional. They lie about delivery times and throw your food by the door and leave with no notifications.

Food was delivered with a bug in the tuna. Called the manager and he was more concerned over driver having to return our money than a bug being in our food. We order from Jimmy Johns at least twice a week. I'm very disappointed and we will never order from this Jimmy Johns again.

Second year in a row that I've worked directly with Al to place a HUGE order and we could not have been more pleased. We were in Virginia Beach this weekend with 86 high school students and 9 adults and needed lunch for our bus trip home. Once I sent Al the spreadsheet with all of the orders, I knew it would be taken care of & didn't think twice about it. I KNEW we'd be set. We asked for an 11am "ready" time and Al eMailed me right before 11am to let me know that everything was ready. When our driver went to pick it up, he didn't have enough space so Al jumped in his truck and delivered the rest of it - no questions asked. There was not ONE mistake - the orders were divided up neatly between our two charter buses by his team, so all I had to do was load the boxes and hand out the bags as we pulled out of the hotel. I think people tend to only come to yelp when they want to complain - that's the only reason I can imagine for the low ratings. Al - see you next March!

Jimmy Johns is fantastic. I've been ordering subs from this location since 2017 and every sub has been outstanding. In fact, almost every time.... I'm like, why don't order from here more often? Toms Turkey is awesome, please add sprouts. Their Italian sub selections are outstanding.

It's plain boring food. Yes, it will keep you alive. But not inspiring or such. Suspect all the chain is like this. Price was fine, portions fine, but not anything I would eat again unless it was the only choice.
