Tonight was my families first time having burgers from here. I have to say they were tiny and flavorless. I loved the branding though the burger on the bag doesn't look like a beast... he's cute. Season the burger. The bread had a good texture and flavor. I had the Karl's Deluxe Beast Style Fries Chandler Style Beast Style. My fries were not fully cooked. It's tough to get a fry wrong. My husband was not pleased with his Chandler but also liked the bread and felt the fries were not cooked.

The first time we ordered from here it was for pick up and nowhere in the confirmation email did it really specify how to get here. I follow GPS and it leads me to the middle of Town Center in Virginia Beach. I was puzzled because there was no sign or anything. After driving around in circles I asked the valet and he then informed me that it's inside Bravo! Well, I wish I would have known that. After finally getting our meal and going home the experience was way better. Although the menu is not very big, the burgers are pretty good. I'm assuming they don't have a full menu due to not having a standalone restaurant but either way we were pretty happy with our meals. The burgers are huge and taste gourmet. The only reason I ordered was because my son watches Mr. Beast on YouTube. We have ordered again since the last time but for delivery to avoid the weird parking situation. At the moment they only have pick up/delivery available.

My boys enjoyed the burgers, they were packaged beautifully and tasted great. Wouldn't recommend the fries though, 4 stars!

I got a MrBeast Burger, the Chicken Sandwich, and the Beast Style Fries. Their pictures show delicious, moist, gooey food. What I got was the opposite. The burger & chicken sandwich were both dry and overcooked, and didn't have enough condiments. The Beast Style Fries are definitely the worst case of "that's not what's in the picture" I've ever seen with fast food. Yeah, we all know the pictures are better than what they're gonna serve. But this was over the top. I included a side-by-side pic of what they claim these things are vs. what I got. Overall a disappointing experience, and I won't be ordering from them again.

It is amazing that this opened during Covid. I love the creativity behind it. The unique stickers on the bag, the "special sauce". My son was dying to try this place!!!! So I caved and allowed him to choose this for his "honor roll dinner", kinda regretted doing so. It was $50 for 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 3 fries. They didn't come with any napkins, ketchup, mustard, salt/pepper. It cost an extra 50 cents to have lettuce added to my $6.99 burger (Beast style burger) Only to have it delivered with NO LETTUCE. The crispy chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way. The middle off it was pink and slimy looking, had to throw that away. Pretty much put me off the rest of the meal. My son ordered the chandler burger, he thought it was "okay". I didn't love the fact that I would have to pay 25 cents if he wanted to add ketchup or anything at all. Fries were a larger portion than expected. Yay. Spicy! I liked them, but I like spicy, one of my sons can't handle spicy, so he didn't really eat his. I didn't see an option to have them non-spicy. I didn't even know they would be spicy. Burgers were all doubles or triples. Great if you love meat! No singles offered. To sum it up, sadly disappointed, maybe it will get better once they work out the kinks. ADDITION Thank you for the response, I do appreciate it & emailed you with of the info. Thank you.

Spent $50+ for 2 plain overcooked hamburgers. The pattys were far smaller than even a whopper. The fries were soggy and a much smaller portion than lead to believe. This was a splurge and I am so disappointed for my family. We could have gotten much more food for a far better price at any fast food chain in the area.

I got a gift on Grub Hub. A friend recommended this. I should have looked up reviews myself. Wrong order. It was delivered on time, but the wrong order and what was delivered is a mess and cold. I couldnt reach this ghost kitchen but after 20 minutes on with Grub Hub I got a refund but no apology. I rarely recommend to avoid a place but based on my experience I recommend not to order from them!

It was thar fast to get thar that is a star the Chris style it looked just like it looked in that picture that is a star the food tasted good that is a star that gave us ketchup for the best burger that is a star it was hot wen we ate that is a5 star meal 5 star meal

My 9 year old son wanted to try Mr.Beast (Youtuber). **The Burgers and Chicken Sandwich was Very Flavorful**. I didn't too much enjoy the fry seasoning on the fries but my son liked the fries.

The Ruby Tuesday at 7725 Tidewater Dr Norfolk VA is operating as a Mr Beast Burger kitchen. They have made THE BIGGEST MISTAKE allowing those people to sell their burgers. We ordered the Karl, Chris, regular crinkle fries and signature crinkle fries. 1. the fries were NOT crinkle and there WAS NO SIGNATURE SEASONING. 2. Neither of the burgers were smash burgers. They were regular ruby Tuesday burgers. If I wanted that trash I would have ordered from RUBY TUESDAY!!!! 3. The Karl had RAW ONION and no caramelized onions. It was not a patty melt by any means, just a Ruby Tuesday's burger with the bun upside down. 4. The Chris DID NOT have crinkle fries on it and the bacon was repulsive. This was the biggest waste of $32.58 on food ever in my life. I'll make sure every single person I know understands to never order from this FUGAZI beast burger at the Ruby Tuesday. Do a better job at your job and don't let just ANY BUM to operate under Mr Beast Burger name.
