Beautiful place, but the mattresses are very cheap, they were so bad I had to sleep on the couch, which was much more comfortable. they also didn't provide any pots or pans for cooking, they also did not provide any towels, washcloths or hand towels.

Quality was very low. House was outdated and dirty. Amenities were not all working as advertised. Hot tub was broken, pool table was very wobbly and not even any room to play a game. Kitchen was small. The property outside was not kept up. The advertisement photos were deceptive. Do not recommend unless you want to waste money. Workers were rude and only wanted to temporarily fix the hot tub, the pool table, toilet, and outside lights.

Sandbridge Realty definitely represents the best beach rentals of them all when looking to stay in Sandbridge, VA. Sanbridge Realty is a great broker to seek out when looking to rent a beach home in the Sandbridge, VA area. They represent the "crim de la crim" of beach homes and rentals in Sanbridge, VA. Most of all their rentals are online line and are represented well. The pricing and availability is transparent too. From making the arrangements to our entire stay....no complaints here. For weeks my friends and I couldn't wait for our visit to Sanbridge VA and it did not disappoint. We sought out a weekend getaway to the VA beaches in hopes of avoiding the main holiday weekends and the crowds generally found at the main beaches surrounding the DMV (DC/MD/VA).....Sandbridge, VA Beach was that kind of place and then some! During my visit, my friends and I stayed at "The Regency South" beach rental and was completely blown away by the accommodations and amenities of the place. Frankly speaking, I literally did not want to leave! Talk about living "The Lifestyle of the Rich & Famous" life...this place is it!! The Regency South is a 12 bedroom vacation rental located Oceanfront managed by Sandbridge Realty. It was the perfect location and the beach is practically your back yard. The rooms and baths were large and can accommodate 2-4 people in each room easy. It is a three level beach home, with it own elevator and many amenities to name a few.....Theater Room, Game Room, Inside Pool, Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Billiards, Two Kitchens, Outside Grills, Horseshoe-shaped centrally located Pub-Style Bar, complete with a Game station & Margaritaville Frozen Drink Machine!! The outside veranda deck and bar...only puts this place more over the top! If you have a large group and am looking for accommodations to cover everyone of all ages....look no further. Making the arrangements to stay in this beautiful home were easy and Sandbridge Realty made it happen. If you have a smaller group or need accommodations less grand, Sandbridge Realty offers condos and smaller homes as well In all, it was the perfect stay and getaway. There were no issues, except for a slight problem with the outside jacuzzi. It was no problem at all, we simply called Sandbridge Realty and someone was there to take care of the issue that same day -- within minutes. My friends and I had a great time in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. Definitely, will be back to visit in the near future and more than likely will seek accommodations through Sandbridge Realty.

324 Whiting Lane, Virginia Beach, Virginia This is a beautiful property located about a half mile from the ocean. It is well furnished and was supplied with basics, such as hand soap, toilet tissue and towels. The decor of the inside fits well with the function of the house. The game room is fantastic and our grandchildren spent a good amount of time there. The pool area was clean and large enough for our group. However, the pictures of the outdoor furniture were misleading - looking clean and new. Unfortunately, that was not the case! The entire outside of the porches were covered in spider webs and dotted with insect feces, etc. We were unable to use any of that furniture. Just sweeping it would not have corrected the problem. Using the outdoor grill was a challenge. The area had to be swept and then sprayed with insect spray before it was usable. This had to be done daily because more or new spiders moved in. There were also spiders found inside the house, as well. A couple of family members got stung by wasps that nested in a wreath on the front door. The two kayaks shown in the photos were also occupied by spiders. It took my son 2 hours to spray them out of the kayaks to be able to use them. We rented this house based on the pictures. However, the pictures did not tell the real story. Our family reunion was spoiled by the sheer number of spiders and the reality of the outside condition of the house.

We've been renting at Sandbridge for 16 years and our experience has been great. Very responsive to fix and repair issues. AND you could also get a live person to talk to. Unfortunately Sandbridge Realty has been bought and is run by Vacasa. Our experience has been terrible. It's hard to get a live person to talk to. It took them 18 hours to send someone out to check on AC that was not working and it took 3 phone calls, 2 texts and when I still could not get anyone out I drove to the offices. Vacasa is extremely slow to reply, they don't have local reps so there's a delay to get any help. We've rented 2908 Sandfiddler for 5 years and this is 2nd year the AC has failed, but last year under Sandbridge Realty they had someone out within an hour, on a Sunday and at 9pm. Not the case with Vacasa- guests had to sleep on the floor upstairs because bottom 2 floors were 86 degrees. There's been lots more issues (broken sun shade, dirty kitchen on arrival, linens not on beds when we paid for service, non working burners on stove, swim gate won't latch), but If Vacasa cannot figure out their response time we will look to rent from Siebert.

Love to see that the company is commenting on their horrible service and constant stalking of the property. We informed Shelby about the wedding when we booked the house, why would we or anyone hide something like that!? Especially when renting a 12 bedroom, 10,000 Sq ft house which "Allows events"!? Also the fact that you know how many chairs were delivered to the house is SUPER CREEPY! We had 100 chairs delivered, 50 for the beach ceremony "40 guests" and 50 inside for dinner you stalker. You people need Jesus!! Additionally look at all your recent negative reviews and the fact that you chose not to comment on all the other horrible, unprofessional incidents which took place. Super unethical company and homeowner. Open up more guests packages and get back to stalking your customers!

Our rental house was filthy. Sand all over the floors on all three levels. Bathrooms were not cleaned. We had long dark hairs in the bathroom and a pile of sand in the bottom of the shower. The elevator broke twice. The a/c didn't work on the third floor & had to be serviced. This took multiple visits from repair people. There were spiders & filth on all the outdoor levels. One of the dishwashers wasn't cleaning well. The filter hadn't been cleaned in what appeared to be years. The ice maker and water dispenser didn't work in one refrigerator & had to be serviced. When you go on vacation you have expectations of relaxing & enjoying. Having to make multiple calls to management and usher multiple repair persons through the house was stressful. Not the perfect beachfront vacation by a long shot!

We just returned home from the vacation from hell. When we arrived the house wasn't clean from previous renters. Had to wait hours for someone to come and do a 20 minute clean so we could sleep there. The house was filled with safety hazards including mold in the bathroom and on vents throughout house. Garage disposal didn't work. Microwave wasn't anchored to wall. Broken glass on pool deck. Pool pump broken so it made screeching and grinding noises. Shower didn't have a faucet - just a rusty screw sticking out of wall. Total disaster. Had to wait hours on hold to get anyone since checkin was late Saturday and they are closed Sunday. Will NEVER rent again and will call health department to have shut down until mold issue is resolved.

This is a review of Vacasa. We stayed at a home in Sandbridge, VA in August 2022. Our stay was okay. There were some issues with the house but I've enjoyed our vacation overall. After our stay, Vacasa asked us for a review. We obliged and wrote a review praising some aspects of our stay but also providing some constructive feedback on things that should be improved, both with respect to the house and Vacasa's management (including cleaning). Vacasa chose not to post our review. It's as if it was never written. So now I know that you can't trust any reviews on Vacasa's site because they won't post any that are less than 4 stars or have anything negative to say about Vacasa. Beware!
