After the last terrible experience here, my staff still wanted to order from here. SMH. . I did the grilled chicken sandwich. It was rubbery, undercooked. I threw it away. Last time I called about them leaving items out of my order & the manager wouldn't come to the phone. The employer told me oh well, they gave it to the delivery driver; even though she was naming the wrong items and never took my name to see what order I was referring to. I give up. This location sucks. I'll rather order from the location off of Wake Forest Rd & drive to pick it up. They are always pleasant & attentive.

I love burgers and I did not like this one. The burger was flavorless and boring. I do not think the angus meat stood out in flavor on the burgerfi cheeseburger at all. I was super disappointed to find the crinkle fries had no seasoning and were not very crispy. The strawberry milkshake was the standout. You order from a kiosk, pay, and wait for your food to arrive. This is a pass for me.

Visited this spot after a quick boxing session at title boxing. This was a great spot for a quick bite , which amazing burgers and tasty fries. Fast services and open and inviting atmosphere. I loved every bite and I will surely be back for more!

It's been such a long time since I've been to a Burger Fi that I couldn't say no! Recently came here to grab a meal combo for old times sake. Overall, I was impressed with the service! Great burgers! On top of that the dining area was really clean and had this great cabin like feel with it. Clean restrooms as well and conveniently located by the streets and highway!

First time at a BurgerFi location! WOW the burger is juicey, combined with the juiciness of the tomato and the crunchiness of the lettuce it is a great burger experience. Flavor is there, the BurgerFi sauce is certainly a nice touch without being over bearing and bun is soft and fluffy. Fries are basically the same as Five Guys (which isn't a bad thing). Atmosphere is clean and modern yet has hints of character. Staff was friendly and upbeat!

Was too expensive for basic tasting food and oil soaked fries. This is a reminder for us not to go here again. The location is clean and service good but again, another business charging way too much for basic.

My son begs me to come here. It's so fresh and delicious. The "Yes Chef" burger was a huge hit. I absolutely loved the smashburger feel with the slightly crispy edges. So yummy! The fries were fresh and perfectly salted. We will for sure be returning and 100% getting another custard dessert. Yes please!

What happened?? We have been here quite a few times, but every time the quality and cleanliness of the place seems to be in decline. This time these was a huge water leaks running out of the kitchen and through the restrooms. Very dangerous and unsanitary especially for my wife in a wheelchair. We asked the staff about it and they seemed to be clueless about the issue. The food is now just mediocre at best. Fries soggy, burgers not prepared as requested. The drink fountain was out of maybe 50% of flavors. Price has moved off the charts, now perhaps the most expensive mediocre burger in town. I think we might be done here, sorry to say.
