We seemed to be the only guests NOT going on an Alaskan Cruise- so wanted to let those who are just visiting Seattle to know, this is still a great option. We were there on a very busy weekend for Seattle and hotel prices were steep- this was a reasonable option and we 2 couples who stayed here, were happy with our choice Check in was great- the service Is top notch - the team that works here is always pleasant, friendly and helpful Being on 3rd Ave is not a plus and while we understand the unhoused are in all cities- we found walking along a different street like 5th was a better option. Probably why this hotel is a bit more affordable though Our room was directly above the "Biscuit Bitch" with delicious wafting smells and long lines- so lots of people on the street in front during the day, but there was also a security guard all day too. The free water and coffee in the lobby, along with the rooftop seating were definite plusses, we all enjoyed and took advantage of If taking a cruise- this hotel can't be beat, but even if you are not - it is still an excellent option.

For our Seattle trip we spent a week at the Belltown Inn and absolutely loved it. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were plentiful and incredibly helpful at all times. Very convenient and walk-able to many Seattle destinations, and there are plenty of terrific bars/restaurants nearby. Bonus points for the 24-hour rooftop for enjoying coffee, an adult beverage, some reading, or just the view. I can't recommend this place enough....!

The hotel is in the Belltown neighborhood of City of Seattle close to Pier 66. It is a 20 min walking distance to Pikes Market or The Space Needle. It is an affordable hotel. But you get what you pay for. The PROS: Dog friendly The bed is very comfortable Room is clean Staff here are friendly and courteous. Although the hotel has no control over the situation, but the area is riddled with drug use. The rooms are very small and claustrophobic. Some of the pros are there is a parking lot across the street from the hotel for an additional $35/day with in/out privilege. There is a dog park conveniently located across the street but with all the drug use activity, I'd never recommend taking your dog there. Unfortunately, with all the nice amenities, the drug activities overshadowed them by a mile.

Older remodeled hotel in downtown area. Not bad during the daytime but just a number of homeless in the area at night. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and spots to see. Smaller rooms with older amenities but not bad for the price. Rooftop lounge area and coffee in the morning in the lobby. Friendly staff. Not much of a view from the rooms but good for economical stay

My mother and I came here the night before we took the Clipper to Victoria for Mother's Day Weekefn. This is a great more affordable hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and they provided snacks and water. Close to plenty of restaurants and transit and despite being told this is a loud area, the rooms insulated sound well. The rooftop lounge is very cool as well.

We were only here one night and checked in late, but the people have all been really nice in the room, although a little small, was very comfortable. The bed was really really comfortable. We spent the night here getting ready for a cruise the next day. Recommend you give it a try. We want to come back here and explore the area more.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and in the past I have recommended it to other Deaf, blind, and disabled people who stayed there on my recommendation. I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. They are not friendly or respectful to Deafblind survivors of gun violence/mass shootings and refuse needed accommodations. Even with the 42% rise in shootings in this neighborhood in 2025, the staff of the Belltown Inn belligerently refused to accommodate a support animal who provides visual and auditory alerts to a nonspeaking Deafblind survivor of gun violence whose animal led them to safety when they could not hear or see a shooter. It is abhorrent that a hotel I've recommended to so many disabled people is so arrogant and discriminatory when someone requires a support animal due to multiple disabilities. I will never again suggest this business to anyone in the Deaf, blind, or disabled communities. This little quaint inside was exactly what I was looking for. It is right on the corner and I can walk straight to my cruise ship. I didn't even plan it that way. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and attended. I had options for rooms and I chose quiet side with a view. My room was clean. The bed was so comfortable along with the pillows. I slept great.

Price was on point for the area, staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to borrow some complimentary bikes to ride around and get to the Pike Place area.
