Tender chicken (not overcooked) with smoky chipotle sauce. I like the addition of pickled onions and the lettuce seemed fresh. It was a good portion for around $15. My one complaint is that I wish it were a bit more heavily seasoned. Even the smoky chipotle seemed to lack some salt, and a spicy option (jalapeños?) would also be good!

This has been my go to spot when I want something healthy yet filling. The bowls have a wide variety of vegetables that are all prepared well as they aren't mushy and are cooked perfectly. The proteins that I have tried (chicken and potato chickpeas) are flavorful and tender as well, and if a bowl isn't filling enough, they have the option to get a side of protein for around $6.

Ben, you're on to something here. You've set up a lunch oasis in the middle of a food desert. Now thousands of tech workers will be flocking in to eat your food after they read my review. You've done it now, Ben. I've worked in Eastlake for 5 years and no restaurant seems to be able to stay open. Understandably so, there's very little foot traffic. The options are limited to deli sandwiches that are small, mediocre quality, and not good for you. There's also 4 Thai food spots for some reason. If you want a decently priced healthy lunch it's tough to come by. And then one day I find Ben on here... $11 for a significantly sized lunch that makes me feel great after eating it? You may have changed my life. I will be back many times over to try the various dishes. Keep in mind for those of you that may be confused by the looks / location of this place - it seems to be some sort of ghost kitchen. They text you a code and it unlocks a locker where your food will be. These morsels of happiness will be awaiting you in a little food cubby. What's better than that?

Healthy and inexpensive, relative to the rest of Seattle. The highlight was the chicken-- it literally melted in my mouth and I wish there was more! Definitely get extra. So glad I discovered this gem.

I don't think I can put into words how much I love Ben's Fast Food. I used to order it every week for my office and boy did I look forward to those days! It's the only time I would eat lunch! However lately my orders have been getting cancelled and the store shows as closed :( How could you do that to me, Ben! We had something real!!! The Beef Wagyu hearty bowl is absolute PERFECTION and I can't begin to tell you how devastated I am that I will never be able to try it again. I do not live in Seattle and no other Delivery App will let me order. What did I do wrong????. I would rate low just so I could be selfish and drive customers away so Ben can come back to me, but I realize that is crazy and I won't stoop that low...... yet. All jokes aside, this food is truly great and you can taste how much the chefs care for each dish. If you are visiting Seattle, out of towners or locals, make sure to stop by Ben's Fast Food on Dexter Avenue and get yourself a hearty bowl of delicious Beef Wagyu!

This place is BOMB! Ordered for the first time today (although I usually wait for Yelp reviews to compile) Was extremely impressed with quality and portion size. Prices are really solid too. Ordered every sauce and they left me a nice note, personally my favorite is the balsamic but there's a case for each one to be a winner. Love the theme of the restaurant and happy to have it in Seattle. Will be ordering again, and excited to try different combos

This food is the shit. So good. Chipotle and homegrown could never. Food was made fast and delivered fast. New favorite lunch. If wholesome could be food, it'd be this. I'm not even a health nut kind of person and this is just so yummy. How many more times and ways can I say how good this is?? Just go order already!

I seriously never leave reviews but I gotta say, give this place your business! I got it for the first time last night and am still thinking about it. Like for real, the food is so good and it feels like you're truly getting what you pay for which is exceedingly rare these days. It's fresh and fucking delicious and the value is awesome. I just really feel like this place is genuinely "good vibes". GET SOME BENS FAST FOOD!
