Ever since coming here a bit ago, I haven't stopped raving about it to people on the other side of the country where I live. Everything about it was amazing from the food to the workers to the pricing. I thought originally it was pricy for biscuits until I saw the size of them! Its a kiosk front with a few chairs and seats around the place but it is hard to find seating once this place starts getting busy. There was a ton of people standing around and eating when I was there. I was bale to order online and then found a table to sit with my wife and our friend. I decided to get the Bitchwich with sausage, egg and cheese. The biscuit was massive, hot and flaky. It had the perfect texture to it and the sausage was seasoned wonderfully as well. The egg was very good and I also ordered a side of garlic grits. They were very flavorful but I wish they were a little softer. The price tag of $8 is a steal for this sandwich in my opinion! I also got a side of their jam and it was heavenly but very sweet so if sweetness isn't for you, I would skip this. The place has a great aesthetic but fair warning, they aren't afraid to throw colorful language around but what can you expect when you are eating and ordering from a place with this name. I think it was hilarious but if you can't have a sense of humor, skip this on that principal alone.

I love so much of this place. The location, the vibes, the sassiness (in a fun way) of the service are all immaculate. Even the type of food they offer is right up my alley given my love for a good breakfast sandwich and biscuits! Unfortunately, the food was really just okay. The biscuit was quite dry, the signature sauce was not that special, and the sausage was unremarkable. Overall, it's a fun place to get food, but the food is just okay.

I'd heard all the hype, but overall, it was just okay-consistent food, but nothing that left a lasting impression. There was about a 40-minute wait, which felt a bit long for a few biscuits. It's also worth noting there's no indoor seating-strictly take-out with limited spots nearby to sit. The staff had great energy, greeting everyone with their signature "Thank you, bitches and welcome bitches!" which fits the theme perfectly. It's playful without feeling forced, and I appreciated the effort to make the experience lighthearted. We tried a few of their biscuit sandwiches and coffee. The biscuits were fluffy, airy, and buttery, easily the best part of the meal. The coffee, however, was underwhelming-I'd skip it and grab something stronger from a nearby café. You can add protein or eggs, but it makes the sandwich bulky, and the biscuits and gravy option comes with a noticeable price jump. Ordering is simple-either at the window or through their QR code system that texts you when your food is ready. It's efficient, though the outdoor setup doesn't offer much in terms of atmosphere. The menu leans on clever branding, with "bitch" worked into every item name, which gives it personality but can feel a bit repetitive. Overall, it wasn't a standout meal-the biscuits carried the experience, but the seasoning and balance in the dishes could use some refining. That said, I do appreciate how the staff genuinely cares about what they serve and keeps things running smoothly despite the crowd. It's a fun stop if you're nearby, but not something I'd go out of my way for.

I've been to Seattle a few times before for work, so it wasn't until a recent sister's trip that I was able to explore more. Biscuit Bitch was one of many locations to try on our Yelp list and let me tell you....it definitely lived up to its reputation! The ambiance is very bold, loud and proud with witty and hilarious menu names that bring the theme together. The staff was AMAZING and fully leaned into the theme with attitude, unapologetic sass and Southern charm. It took us a while to decide on what we wanted to try, but once we did, we easily ordered and paid for our meal using the store's QR code. There were quite a few people in line that day when we arrived, so there was a small wait, but between chatting amongst ourselves and with other 1st time visitors, the time went by quickly There isn't much seating in the area, so many people took their food to go. We happened to luck up and get seating in a small archway next to the restaurant as the crowd thinned out. I had the egg, cheddar, and grilled Louisiana hot link Bitchwich with a side of cheddar garlic grits. My sister had the bacon, egg and cheddar Bitchwich with the same side. The biscuit alone was worth the trip! My Bitchwich was soft buttery and full of flavor. The cheddar garlic grits were ok, a bit grittier than I would have preferred but overall, a great eat. I plan to visit again on my next trip and would proudly suggest it to anyone who asks. My only tip would be to get there early or be ready to wait, because it's popular for a reason!

This was ok: Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Bitchwich Seattle Fog Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch Cheese Grits This was bad: Iced Chai Latte The food was underwhelming across the board. The bacon egg and cheese bitchwich was probably the best of the bunch but still not something I'd go out of my way for. The Seattle Fog mostly tasted like watered down tea. The gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and the cheese grits were both bland and very plain, with little seasoning or flavor to stand out. The iced chai latte was easily the weakest item, thin and watery with almost no flavor at all. For a place with so much hype, the food was surprisingly forgettable. Ambiance and service were just fine even though it takes a little bit of time to get your food. Sitting outside on the provided tables and chairs worked but there is no real atmosphere to the space. Service was average, though I found it frustrating that drink combos can't be upgraded to any of the specialty drinks. You're limited to soda, coffee, or tea, which feels disappointing for a spot that prides itself on its drinks. Even McDonald's lets you upgrade to something better.

TOP BREAKFAST SPOT in Seattle ! We ate here twice on our Seattle trip. It's definitely a place worth trying if you're in to biscuits and gravy! I got the CHEESY PORK 'N BITCH and my buddy got the GRITTY SCRAMBLED CHEESY The food was really good. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The gravy was very flavorful and the eggs were also cooked perfect. Overall I felt the flavor was great. Definitely 10/10 flavor. The first time we went we didn't realize there was no where to sit and eat other than a few tables to the left of their business. So because of this we took it to go and walked it back to our hotel. I wouldn't necessarily recommend that because biscuits and gravy is not the ideal food items to "eat later" or take "to-go". A few days later we went earlier to snag a table and eat right away. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME. The food tastes way better. You walk up to the window, scan the QR code for menu, then order. The line is typically long and the wait is usually 20-30 minutes at the least, so be prepared to wait. Overall, this is a great place for breakfast. But they lose a star because there's nowhere to eat the delicious breakfast. And this is a breakfast item that you want to eat right away to enjoy the full flavor profile. I understand that this is a to-go breakfast place, but the overall experience was underwhelming. I want to reiterate though that the food was great!

Biscuit Bitch was good but I was left questioning if the 45 min wait time was worth it. The staff was super friendly and engaging but I'm not sure that was enough to give them a five star rating. It's takeout only so if you plan to get something, highly recommend giving yourself at least 45+ mins between when you order and when you eat. The biscuit bacon egg and cheese was good but dry. The sauce on the sandwich didn't appear to be enough and the biscuit could've been better.. Thankfully the gravy I ordered on the side helped. The location is busy but it's near pike place. You can order then go walking through the market. Most of the block is located on is covered in pigeon poop and smells like urine so I probably won't be eating in the sideways options but would consider ordering again.

I came here for the very first time on a Monday around 8am. When you get here, they have a QR code so you can place your order without talking to someone. I waited about 10-15 minutes before I was able to get my food which wasn't too bad. They also had some seating outside so I was able to eat my breakfast here. I ordered a Bitchwich with bacon which is a biscuit with egg, cheese, bacon and bitchy sauce. Then I added a side of sausage gravy and a side of Callahan's hot sauce. After tax and tip, this simple breakfast was over $17 dollars. I took my first bite without the gravy or hot sauce and it was pretty dry. It is mostly all biscuit and not a lot of egg, cheese or bacon. It was really underwhelming. But once you add the sausage gravy and hot sauce to each bite, it definitely made it a whole lot better. Without the gravy and hot sauce, it was very disappointing. Overall, I don't know if I would come back. $17+ for a breakfast sandwich and some sides to make it actually good is pretty pricey. Honestly, I would be happier with an egg McMuffin from McDonald's and would be saving a few bucks.

We got there just before 11am and used their QR code to place an online order. The employee at the front was very helpful and he said goodbye to us with a "Thank you bitches!" What a vibe. We were told our food would be ready in about an hour so we browsed the Pike Place Market. I got a text within 40 minutes saying our order was ready. My husband and I shared the straight-up bitch with a hot link and spam added. It was pretty good! The gravy could have been a tad bit saltier to me but the meat helped give it that extra flavor. The hot link was very good but too spicy for me, I'm weak. The spam was perfect though. The biscuits were soft and fluffy. One of the better biscuits and gravy meals I've had for sure.
