Amazing lattes and baked goods and the staff are so so kind! There's a cute area out front with benches where you can sit and read too. Will definitely be back :)

This is my favorite coffee in West Seattle. The ambience is cozy and the baristas are always very welcoming. I wish the breakfast burritos were slightly larger, but they're incredibly tasty.

The vibes in there were really cute! I went with my siblings, their drinks tasted good (lattes) can't complain, however, I ordered an iced 16oz Americano... and I hate to ask for my drink to be remade but I think it's fair to say if you don't enjoy the drink you paid for, it is acceptable to ask for it to be remade.... well they do get annoyed if you do it here... but that's not even the bad part, they do not know how to make an americano here, they did only 2 shots over some ice and a bunch of water in a 20oz cup so my drink was flavorless! They said that they have posted how many shots are in their sizes of drinks but number one, I asked for a 16 they gave me a 20 oz. Cup with only 2 shots even though the 20 oz. Says it should have 3 shots and now we two, an americano is supposed to have 1 more shot than other coffee drinks. Also hated that they put water in my iced americano... some people may like it like that but I personally think it ruins it. Moral of my review... they should learn how to make americanos since the dude admitted that's how "other places make americanos but not here" like....? So they knowingly make the drink incorrectly.

Coffee was delicious and the staff are so kind! They helped us decide what to get and were very spot on. So good! Their pastries and treats are absolutely amazing. Can't go wrong with the apple crumb cake.

I really like Café Lodro. I love the roasted coffee and this one in West Seattle is a cute little shop. I often by a bag of coffee so that I can get coffee for home and they give you a free cup coffee for purchasing a bag. This place gives you 12 ounces but I wanted 16 ounces... it morning am I am tired. They said they could change me for a 8oz if I wanted a 16oz. Well I just got the 12oz. Paying full price for 8oz to get 4oz more coffee and the price difference between a 12oz and a 16oz drip coffee... it all just didn't make sense. Probably the last time I go here. Sad. Victrola has really good roast coffee as well and is much more generous.

It was a Friday morning and I felt like walking to get a treat. I've tried Caffe Vita, Fremont Coffee, so this was the next place to explore! As I got a different beverage at each spot, I can't confidently say one is better than the other because it wouldn't be a fair comparison. If you follow my reviews, you know i'm not a coffee person, so I always get a tea option (with milk). This time, it was the chai tea and like reviewers said, it was tasty! They use a chai concentrate (as oppose to a tea bag). The price of this chai is definitely on the more affordable side ($4.75 for the 16oz). They seem to have a good study area (although their music is kind of loud) and have wifi. I would say it's less secluded of a study space though because it's an open area. That being said, I did see quite a few folks on their laptops working and a few chatting. No dogs allowed here though!

I come here for the pastries and to accompany my boyfriend to get his morning coffee. He loves the coffee here but half the time the croissants are stale. They charge a high price for stale croissants. The coffee though I'm told is excellent.

Caffe Ladro is a cute little coffee shop in West Seattle. They have everything you need: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, frozen drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and free wifi. I'm really happy that they are still open during the Coronavirus quarantine (even Starbucks is closed). Of course, it is take-out only right now, but I felt completely safe while I was there. After I ordered my drink, I swiped my own credit card and the barista said I didn't have to sign the receipt. They do have a "three person maximum" right now, so if there are already customers inside, you might have to wait outside until someone leaves. My cappuccino was perfect (even better than Starbucks!) and I'm happy to help support a local business. They also have a loyalty card, so I will definitely check it out the next time I'm there.

Pretty good coffee, nice staff, underwhelming decor, but what really made it unpleasant was being greeted by 2 or 3 high pitched, ear piercing beeps as soon as I entered the shop, and then having to hear them repeatedly every time someone else entered as I tried to enjoy my coffee.
