They screwed up the entire order. I had 4 different types of bagels and only ONE was correct. Wrong bagels, no cream cheese at all (ordered 2) I did an online order and when I picked up the receipt showed my order so I assumed it was correct. Waste of time coming here.

Been here a few times over the years. Not exactly my favorite begal spot, but its probably one of the cheapest for what you get. Sometimes i just want non junk food thats simple, cheap, and quick for breakfast and this place marks those boxes. Honestly the service is pretty solid here also. Can't say they have ever been rude. Even when I'm doing things wrong they seem to know how to direct me kindly. You'd be surprised how many places have workers that don't know how to deal with hungry customers. The actual food here is kind of good. For the price i feel like I got my monies worth. I do however feel like it could be made better by toasting it a slight bit more or offering to toast it. I prefer it like this than burnt tho so hey ya win some ya loose some. Today I had more than enough sauce like I like, but some visits the sandwiches can be a bit dryer. I guess it depends on who's making it. The interior is fairly clean also. Nothing fancy, just nice and simple. A great space to relax while enjoying breakfast and a quick read. Today I also got a free coffee. Some be scared to check then out.

We doordashed a few bagel sandwiches from here and they came lightning quick and were amazing! As far as chain bagels go these ones were top notch Doordash Prices - Nova Lox ($12.29) Turkey Sausage and Cheddar Bagel ($8ish) Single Bagel and Shmear ($4ish) Loved everything. They are so generous with the shmear.

Had some amazing food here at Einstein Bros Bagels. The food is delicious and the service is fast! Definitely will come back again.

After returning several times to this shop in late 2024 and early 2025, I've noticed much better service and atmosphere. I still love the bagels here, lightly toasted. Shop is large with plenty of seating. Located in a nice area across from Whole Foods market. They have a rewards program. Also don't forget to fill out the customer survey on your receipt for the free bagel offer!

I'll preface by saying we went in 30mins before closing. The cashier guy was super nice but the other two women who were doing my order and helping were rude. The one bagel assembler forgot to cut our nova lock bagel. She called my name but then re-opened all of the wrapped bagels. When she looked back at me she rolled her eyes. She had forgotten to put the cream cheese. When we opened the bagels they was smear all over. The wrappings looked horrible. The coffee was good but when I asked for cream I was given .8 of whatever was left in a container. Definitely won't be returning because the one in California never acts like that with customers

Food - I've lived in Seattle for close to 30 years and as far as I knew, the only decent bagel place here closed in the late 90s. Then people told me to try Einstein, so I did, and it just confirmed my thoughts about bagels here. Honestly I don't understand all the glowing reviews - maybe people have never had a real bagel before. They should be firm, chewy, dense. They should have a shiny blistery exterior from the simmering before baking. These were the same soft, bready things with a dry, pale exterior that I've found everywhere. 100% goyish. The service was fine. The ambience was plain. The cream cheese was decent. But the "bagel" was a bread ring, not a bagel, and not all that different from what you'd find in a bag on the shelf at Safeway.

The bagels are just bad, also don't ask for one toasted cause the toaster is broken. They pretend to toast it then give you a cold untoasted bagel

Alright I went back because I had points for a free bagel. I ordered everything bagels as you can see in the picture. What did I get??? Blueberry bagels. I got blueberry bagels with my egg and sausage sandwich. And I got a blueberry bagel with my onion and chive cream cheese. If you don't have everything bagels, why on earth would you replace that with blueberry????????? There's plain, sesame, cheese literally ANYTHING ELSE
