Caution! I rented a car through an insurance claim. When I returned it, the branch manager immediately looked under the car and claimed I damaged the muffler because it was " loose". I laughed because never in my life have I inspected under a car before renting, nor have I had a rental car inspected underneath upon returning.. He said I was liable and would contact my insurance. I said talk to my lawyer and left. He didn't follow through because he knew it was BS. Clearly he was looking for a free repair through my insurance . First and last time I will use Enterprise. This complaint going to the top so he won't scam anyone else.

Truly outstanding customer service. I need to rent a car due to an accident. I met Kat and she helped take a very difficult day and turned it around with outstanding customer service. Because of extreme parking challenges in my neighborhood I could not have a larger SUV type car -- the only kind left at the end of the day. She went the extra mile and located one more vehicle that worked. Additionally upon my return, Bryanna (?) was incredibly helpful-- going the extra mile as well making sure that despite my running late she was able to receive the keys that I needed to return that day. Thank you for having Customer Service that actually cares about your customers. I remember now why I returned to this facility after many years. I'm so grateful that Enterprise has such high-quality staff at their locations. Stress is usually high when it comes to renting cars, very grateful for the professionalism of these two leads.

I needed a car because I got into an accident on the first of August and and I only have a credit card with my payee on the front of it and they won't accept it I told them that I was able to bring them in with me and they told me it's their policy that the card has to be in my name and the insurance company is paying for me to have the car so I don't see why they need my credit card anyway it's a stupid policy a stupid business and I will never work with them and I suggest that you don't either and I will be out of a car for who knows how long it's a terrible way to run a business not accepting money just because the person with the driver's license has to have a credit card or debit card with their name on the front.

Great service! My insurance set up a rental car during my car repair. Location is convenient since it's next door. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. They called to confirm the appointment before within minutes of my call with the insurance company. And also offered a free upgrade so I didn't have to wait for the car/size to be cleaned (Thanks, Matthew! ) Great experience, highly recommended !

Terrible. Booked a cars weeks ago and when i called the morning of to let them know I wanted to pick up 10 mins later than scheduled, they told me i didn't have a car and was on my own. Zero apology, zero proactive communication and they're now the reason i won't be able to see my family for Christmas. Stop scamming customers by taking reservations and just never communicating you have no intention of fulfilling them. Don't waste your time here, they'll leave your travel plans broken, won't offer any kind of resolution and won't even apologize for doing it. I (and my team up and down the west coast) rent cars for travel multiple times a month so I'll be taking our thousands of dollars a month in rentals to another company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Scheduled a reservation, got there and Matthew Lam required additional proof of address which was not mentioned when they called me to confirm. Additionally, instead of offering me an apology for their oversight, he tried to place the blame on me. Now I understand their low ratings. Will not go to this branch again!!

Called the day before and set up an appointment. Making sure they had cars available. They said yes, 10 am. Got dropped off at 9:30 and waited 20 minutes in line. They then said they didn't have an appointment or a car and that was that.

Left us without a car on our vacation due to the excuse of being overbooked. "Yeah it's a glitch with our website." Called 5 other locations in the area that also showed availability that had NO cars either! Fix your website!! Honestly thinking they had no intention of filling our reservation. Book somewhere else - I won't be ever booking with Enterprise again.

Enterprise says "we will will pick you up", but when you ask them to do so, they won't drive 3.7 miles. Lies!!! The store closet to me was out of cars so I had to rent from this store. When I asked them to pick me up, they said it was outside of their zone, and I should have rented for the closer store. I explained my situation and found no compassion or empathy. They stood behind policy instead of delivering customer service. Hello Avis....do you have any cars for rent today"

The place on rainier there was a lady in there a young girl had very poor poor poor customer service she was not helpful at all she talk to me very rude over the phone so I had to go and see her what she look like and I asked her does she have a car and she told me no she was not Not very helpful at all bad bad experience with her so I end up going to the Georgetown location they came and picked me up in the two gentlemen Marvin and Devon were great they made me feel like a customer supposed to feel wonderful
