So many different musubi and bowl options here, it is hard to choose just one. I ended up picking up a bunch to snack on, and I am glad I did. The regular musubi was great with the perfect ratio of rice to spam, simple but delicious. I also tried the variation with egg, and it felt like breakfast in a wrap, really satisfying and flavorful. The one with avocado was a pleasant surprise, adding a creamy texture that worked so well with the other ingredients. Service was fast and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great spot if you are craving musubi or want to try a few different takes on a classic favorite.

If you're a fan of musubi, I would recommend coming here. They had really fun and unique musubis. The musubis are priced in the $4-7 range. There are a great selection of Hawaiian drinks and some poke bowls. There were a couple of options that could be made gluten-free. Seating is fairly limited, maybe 12 can sit inside comfortably, 20 if squished. The food is easy to take to go.

Absolute trendy and fun cafe for small plates! It is visible from moving traffic and the ambiance is very cozy and chic. There is something for everyone, great vegan/ vegetarian options. The serves are helpful and fast. It is a good value for the flavorful food they serve. Highly recommend after visiting Pike place market. They also have some very cool merch!

While walking around in Seattle, my husband needed a little snack. We saw this place and stopped in. He ordered a Spam musubi. I was still full from the lobster roll I had eaten earlier, so I didn't even take a bite. He said it was just okay. He was born on Maui and visits often, so I'm sure that's why it didn't impress him.

After spending time in Hawaii and trying musubi I've been wanting to try it again. There aren't any places on the east coast that sells this dish so to our surprise when we stumbled upon this, we had to stop in. A simple musubi with just the nori, rice and spam was $5. Thankfully they were served warm. They taste just like they did in Hawaii but yes, very salty. Glad we got to have it again. Order at the counter.

My colleague and I came here for lunch last Tuesday around 12:15pm. We came at a great time cuz there was hardly anyone around! They have a kiosk that you can order from and they bring it straight to you! The rainbow poke bowl was good, loved the addition of edamame and corn. I also got the inari avocado cucumber musubi -- delicious! They have different varieties of musubi, a most common one being Spam Musubi! My colleague got the loco moco, she said it was a bit too salty but still fairly good. We loved that the prices were reasonable! Great fix for lunch and dinner!

Looked for a quick satisfying snack and walked into this place. What a hidden gem that this place was. I got the shrimp tempura katsu musubi, spam and egg and eel. All 3 were amazing in their own way and was a good mixture of what they offer. The staff was friendly and the inside of the café was cute and spacious. It is located close to pike place which is a convenient location if you are walking around and want a pre snack to warm yourself up before hitting up the public market.

Musubi Kai is a tasty musubi and don spot that's perfect for lunch. The uni are cooked well and the unagi sauce adds a supple flavor and sweetness. The musubi is a great bite as well. Service is nice and you can order at the kiosk. There's a good amount of seating as well.
