I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant to try more of their menu. Happy hour is stacked with drinks and food and they do $5 margaritas the first Friday of each month. Everything was delicious and cooked/prepared very nicely. I especially enjoyed the citrus salad with the basil dressing and the pull pork on our nachos was tender and had a bit of sweetness to it. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside. Very close to the stadiums so I'd check game schedules before you plan on making a visit. Service is easy at the counter and they had our food prepared promptly even with a busy Friday night.

Paseo was recommended to us by a friend. We stopped in around 3:30 on a Wednesday - there are only a handful of (free) parking spots for the restaurant. There was a baseball game going on, and the rest of the parking was $50 per spot... we drove around for a bit and waited for a car to leave. We ordered at the counter and didn't wait long for our food. We split the Steak and Swiss sandwich and the Caribbean fries. The sandwich was hot, juicy, and full of flavor! The fries were great as well - the seasoning was unique to us and we really enjoyed them. The fries are a huge portion, and it was a good thing we split our meal. There is plenty of seating inside, which was nice. The employees were all pretty young and more interested in chatting with their friends visiting them at work than patrons in the restaurant, but I would definitely return for the food!

I haven't been to a Paseo in over 10 years, and I I have to admit, I was a little concerned about the quality, price and taste when I walked in and saw the new, fancy menu and an empty restaurant. It's funny, but I didn't even consider whether the service was going to be good or bad. Now, I pride myself on being a good customer no matter where I am. From a McDonald's to an Alexander Steak House, I'm always consistent - I try to be friendly to the people who work there, I have my order ready to go when it's my turn, and if applicable, I'll even bus my table when I'm done. For that, I expect basic courtesy from my host, but the individuals at this Paseo treated me like I owed them money. No greeting upon entering, no help with the menu, and when I paused to consider the extensive set of new options, they walked away. If I were the owner of this establishment, I'd have a conversation with my staff. Their sandwiches are still great, but complacency has ruined many restaurants. BB

During my first visit to Paseo, I indulged in their sweet chili prawn skewers, Caribbean roast sliders, and their famous roasted street corn--and everything was absolutely delicious. The Caribbean roast featured their signature slow-roasted pork, paired with fresh cilantro, tangy pickled jalapeños, caramelized onions, and crisp romaine. The pork was incredibly moist and juicy, bursting with flavor in every bite. The roasted street corn was a standout, generously coated in a luscious garlic aioli, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, fresh cilantro, and a mix of spices. The blend of sweet and savory, paired with the bold garlic undertones, made it an unforgettable treat. The prawn skewers were perfectly cooked, glazed in a flavorful chili sauce that added just the right amount of heat and sweetness. For parking, the restaurant lot is paid, but there are free street parking options nearby if you're willing to search a bit.

The sandwich voted best sandwich in America turns out to be the best sandwich in America. Nothing not to like about it. I've told so many friends. Great for pregame with good margaritas and tvs on redzone too.

I've been eating off and on here for over 6 years and it's never disappointed. Sandwiches are amazing. Today I had the Caribbean bowl. Nothing is ever bland, you always get a plate packed with flavor. If you're looking for dishes to light up your tastebuds, this is your stop.

Pretty sure there's half a pound of pork sitting in my belly still....ordered the number best seller and it was crammed full of meat, more meat than anything else. This sandwich is a mess, it's hefty and definitely worth the money. The real star of the show is the tostones, always get tostones, crispy, dense, salty, hot...dipped in aioli is perfection. Interior is clean, food comes out quick, service is prompt.

I love this place. I keep forgetting there's a location in sodo. So much closer than driving anywhere else. Last time I was here there was HH and service was great. I ordered a roasted corn and Alaskan cod sandy combo. I've never had the Alaskan cod before and it was soo good. A bit messy but I enjoyed it. If we didn't make HH I would have ordered the scallop because that's my favorite one. I had a good time here and the margarita I ordered was so good. Will be back preferably when there isn't a mariners game ending haha.

One of my favorite places for food in Seattle now! Their Caribbean roast sandwich is to die for. The meat is tender and bursting with flavor. I also tried their nachos which come with a great portion of their delicious pork, pineapple, caramelized onions, cheese, and great quality tortilla chips. One thing to note is this seems to be more of a pick-up focused restaurant so there's not much seating inside.
