Great place and Joelle was great! Wines were good and we were able to order food from pizza place next door. Joelle had several parties to attend to, including a group of 17 that just walked in but she handled it well. Good vibes and good atmosphere. Would definitely come back!

Visited with a social group of 8 on a perfect Sunday afternoon and had a great time! We did the $35 "Wine and Chocolate Experience" hosted by Javin who was patient and very knowledgeable about both the wine and the chocolate. Since there was a large group of us, I loved that he did 3/5 of the pairings first then came back after awhile for the last 2 so we never felt rushed and could fully enjoy the experience. After we'd each identified a favorite, we ended up staying for another glass or two of wine, enjoying the beautiful airy interior of the tasting room on a sunny day. Javin even offered to take a group photo of us, of which we were so appreciative. I highly recommend Patterson Cellars tasting room, especially the Wine and Chocolate Experience!

Parking: plenty, but it's surrounded by other business, so it can get full. They also have indoor garage, no idea where entrance to that is. Drinks- great wine, red, white, rose, bubbles, the whole spectrum, plus chocolates. Service- Javin is sweet and friendly. Ambiance- spacious, chill. Outdoor patio area too. Value- fair Recommend- yes!

Great tasting experience. The tasting room was modern and well-air conditioned (this is important during at least a few weeks in Seattle), with a combo of comfortable arm chairs and high tops. There are several tastings to choose from - all start with an off menu glass of their bubbly, which was delicious. Six tastings after that and pours are perfectly sized. All wines are good but we really loved the Syrah and the Zinfandel. Service was knowledgeable and friendly and flexible. We neither felt rushed nor like we were waiting - a rare combo. Like most wineries, you get the tasting for "free" if you buy a certain amount of wine - in this case, $35. Each bottle you buy comes with a coupon for another tasting - so if you come again and don't buy more wine then (good luck) it's a 2 for 1!

One of my favorite parts about Patterson is the opportunity to sit on their patio, order a bottle of wine, grab a pizza from next door, and enjoy the afternoon with friends. The wines are really great and some of my personal favorites in the SoDo area. They even have bubbles, if that's your jam!

Had such a nice afternoon with friends at Patterson. Kate was a lovely server- friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. We already planned our next meet up there in a few weeks and I brought some lovely Chardonnay home to enjoy in the meantime.

SoDo's Patterson tasting room is wonderful! The wines are great, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. Particularly, Kayla who always goes out of her way to provide feedback about wines, provide a high level of hospitality, and show great customer service. Kayla is the main reason my husband and I go to SoDo's Patterson with friends frequently. She is wonderful and we enjoy interacting with her.

We enjoyed a fun tasting with Javin at the helm. He led us through the wines of Patterson Cellars with just enough detail and humor. He shared information about grape growing in Washington and the particular varietals and techniques used by Patterson Cellars. We went home with some of our favorite wines, the Melange Blanc and the Cabernet-Sauvignon-Malbec. The melange blanc is perfect for a light drink at home. It's crisp and not too fruity. The cab blend will pair with many home-cooked meals without being too fussy. We also enjoyed their Chardonnay. Though I'm not usually fond of Chardonnays, the Washington ones might be for me, so I'd recommend trying this one to anyone who usually shies away from California ones. The space at this tasting room has rotating art, which is for sale. They may have reduced the number of tables as there is plenty of room to social distance. They also carry chocolate and a few other snacks.

We stopped by to get a taste of their newly released Sparkling Rosé. Just in time for Valentine's Day. The tasting room is pretty big with lots of seating available. The bar area is huge and can accommodate at least 12-15 people comfortably by itself. There is additional bar style seating on tables located through the room and a couple of sofa like areas to sit in. Definitely something for everyone! I like to sit at the bar so I can watch the servers and be part of the hub-bub! They were having a special Valentines tasting with their bubbly and rosé's, and I was eager to try them. Our server was nice, but was a little slow at serving. Surprisingly, there were a lot of us out tasting in spite of the snowy weather. Our server was the only person working, so he was behind on everybody, but we just took it in stride and enjoyed chatting with each other. I've been here before and on a normal day they are very on top of it. The wines were good and we took a few bottles home. We will definitely be back!

The location, the staff and the wines are all so great! It's conveniently located in SODO and parking is easy too. They always have several quality roses to choose from. Reds are delicious and reasonably priced at the same time. Javin runs a great show here, we feel like family when we walk in the door. Worth a stop by Thurs-Sun
