Do not settle for anything less than Perfectly Posh! They are the most professional and experienced visionaries in the wedding industry. They planned a gorgeous wedding that was tailored to my personality and preferences. Then the pandemic hit and we were forced to cancel everything. It was disappointing that we could not bring the vision to fruition, but I write this review to inform readers that Holly and Katie did NOT leave me in the dust when the pandemic hit. Our contract dissolved since we had to cancel our wedding, and I thought that was the end of our relationship. Without hesitation, though, they reached out to all of my vendors to gather information about cancellations, rescheduling, etc. It was such a headache even thinking about the work it took to cancel this event. Now that I am able to look back at all the responses received by vendors, I am relieved that I hired some of the vendors that Perfectly Posh recommended because they were the most accommodating during this pandemic. I know this is largely influenced by the strong working relationship they maintain with vendors. Despite the fact that we didn't have a wedding reception, I do NOT regret hiring Perfectly Posh for one second. In fact, I am relieved that I had their expertise to guide me through the uncertainty of it all.

Perfectly Posh is the company you want managing your events. I had the chance to consult with the owner about my wedding. Three things a bride looks for in a company are capability, trustworthiness, and someone you know you can depend on. During our first call she answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond and asked me about elements I had not considered. We were able to hash out most of not all of our preliminary planning structure. By the time the call was sent her I knew she could find the perfect venue and make my wedding dreams come true. She already had beautiful places lined up and was going to email me pictures. She was more than capable. Her staff are equally brilliant to work with. The other element is finding someone you can trust. Based on our conversation, this company soul purpose is to make your wedding perfect. They expect things to go sideways and are adept at handling any disaster. Also, they aren't money grubbers that will look for any excuse to keep your money if things need adjustments. They want your experience to be easy and full of happiness. My husband and I wound up making other plans but the 5 star this company has is well earned.

When the Woodmark Hotel recommended Perfectly Posh Events for our daughter's wedding, we had no idea how great it would be to work with Danae!! She made the wedding not only seamless and beautiful, but she is a fantastic human as well!! Our daughter's special day was made even more so because of Perfectly Posh!! We highly recommend them!!

If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner (or are currently sticker shocked and need convincing) please read below: -Do you like stressing (beauty sleep? overrated) about minute details on an extremely important day? If so, don't hire a wedding planner. -Do you like finding your own stupid phone app to attempt to budget and manage several vendor invoices/proposals at once? If so, don't hire a wedding planner. -Do you enjoy finding out things like needing a banquet license, marriage license, parking permits at the last minute? If so, you don't need one. -Instead of relaxing with bridesmaids (or coffee on your couch with your spouse to be, whatevs) on the morning of your ~big day~, do you enjoy running frantic errands like picking up kegs, delivering flowers to the bakery, making sure the linens are delivered to the venue on time? If so, a wedding planner would be so useless. I qualified for none of the above because I was a nervous wreck 6 months of planning preceding my wedding and wanted to sleep at night. I had never thrown a large party, much less a wedding celebration, so I was referred to Perfectly Posh by my utterly fantastic wedding photographer ( pro tip: book that service first, they're muy importante). I sent out many inquiries and settled on PP Events for their availability, price range and their ability to cater to my specific frantic bridezilla-esque needs (I had most of the vendors already taken care of and needed day-of assistance- read: corraling drunken uncles at the reception)). Huoy, my planner from Perfectly Posh was so wonderfully helpful. She assisted the planning process in so many ways with ideas, the budget/vendor managing, day-of errands, and a whole lot of little details I would have never thought of on my own. The ability to use their wedding planning app was particularly helpful with the guest list and checklists so it doesn't feel like you have 72 things to do in 4 months (literally, my list was 72 items long :::faceplant::::). I remember talking to the venue coordinator about my nervousness about it all. She said, "Don't worry- you have a wedding planner, so everything will go perfectly." And no thanks for my sleepless nights and all the thanks to Huoy and Holly at Perfectly Posh- she was absolutely right. :)

Holly came as a reference from a friend and I could not have imagined a more attentive, sweet and thoughtful individual to help us with pre-planning and day of coordination. Holly was professional, honest, personable and had such great attention to detail. We greatly enjoyed all of the vendors she worked with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any kind of event. Holly has definitely found her calling and she has perfected her craft.

My husband and I hired Holly to be our Day-of-Wedding-Coordinator. Coming from a design background I knew exactly how I wanted our day to look and Holly was able to take my months and months of planning and prep and bring it to life. Everything turned out way beyond my expectations. Holly was professional, extremely organized and detail-oriented, calm and above all an absolute joy to work with. Thanks to Holly, my husband and I truly enjoyed every moment of our day without a care in the world! She took care of everything: vendor coordination, family "coordination", making sure Dustin & I were fed, had drinks and were enjoying ourselves! What a huge difference it made to not have to worry about a thing except enjoying our wedding day. It's also important to note that while we hired Holly for day-of-coordination she was available throughout the many months leading up to our wedding. Holly was extremely responsive in answering emails, giving advice & tips and recommending vendors. My only regret is that I didn't hire Holly earlier in the planning stages. Hiring a wedding coordinator is seriously the best money you will spend!

I don't even know where to start. Holly at Perfectly Posh is amazing! She was so flexible and able to work with my needs and my budget. I needed a day of coordinator and someone who could do a few other things since I was planning my Seattle wedding from Chicago! Bridget and her assistant Erin did an amazing, no incredible-absolutely nailed it job! From my point everything leading up to the day was smooth and easy - the actual wedding day? Flawless. Perfect. If anything did happen, I never knew about it. My wedding was perfect and I know 85% of that is because of these two girls! You won't be disappointed in hire these sweet, super nice and helpful girls! Hands down best money spent.

Holly and her staff are the real deal. We hired Holly to help design our wedding and coordinate the day-of and I honestly can't imagine any of that without her. My wife and I tell people all the time that she was the best money we spent and in hindsight, we would have paid more for the wonderful work she did. She went above and beyond in many ways and even after the wedding was over, she was incredibly helpful when we ran into an issue with another vendor. If you are on the fence or choosing between several options, hire Holly. She will make your day perfect in ways you didn't even know you needed.

My husband and I are SO HAPPY that we chose Danae from Perfectly Posh Events as our wedding coordinator. From the get go, Perfectly Posh Events was great -- Holly matched me with Danae based on my personality and vision for the wedding (great match!) and did not try to up-sell me on the various wedding packages during our initial consultation, which I think is rare in the wedding industry -- I would definitely trust their recommendations -- they are truly there to help you plan the best wedding possible. Working with Danae was a dream. She was organized, responsive, professional, detail-oriented, insightful and fun! I consider myself to be an organized person and there are SO many details I would have overlooked without her help and options I would not have considered. She was also so friendly and helpful when working with all of our other wedding vendors (who all love working with her). Everything the day of the wedding went so smoothly and I was not stressed at all. Thanks to Danae I was so relaxed and happy and our venue looked incredible! Our wedding was the best day of our lives and it truly could not have happened without Danae.

Holly and her team excelled in every single thing that we asked them for help with, and they even went above and beyond all of that. I will say this now: if you are planning a wedding, hire Perfectly Posh. They were there for every step, coordinated everyone and everything and on the day of the wedding, I literally just had to show up. It was amazing. They juggled everything effortlessly and made sure that every vendor was there on the day of and organized when they arrived. Not only that, but Holly helped with every step leading up to the wedding and helped out when it was all over. I could not have done it alone. If I had done it alone, I would have gone absolutely insane. What an incredible day. 10/10!!!
