Killer views of the Marina, decent prices, tasty ginger peach iced tea, great place to work and study for a few hours. I'll be back! I loved the iced tea recommendations from the barista that served me and cannot wait to try more flavors in the near future!!

A cool pace that is located along the dock where you can see boats outside the window. The cafe has some simple meal options as well as a variety of drinks. I had a tea lemonade here and it was decently made. The vibe here is nice and chill with people studying and for a small get together.

Great choice for a quick breakfast or a place to study! I first came across this place a year ago, and I loved their breakfast burritos, so I thought to come again and try some other items. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and it was a fantastic choice. My only critique would be that I was hoping it would be spicier and maybe had a little bit more sauce, but the chicken was cooked very well! Excellent size as well, definitely worth the price. The coffee was okay, nothing special. I was charged extra for a small splash of oatmilk in my Americano, which is not usual for a cafe, so that was small let-down. Would still consider returning!

Seafab cafe must be one of the cafes in the most scenic areas. It's right near the water and has the cutest ocean theme. My drink came out right away since it wasn't busy at 10 am on a Monday. Also, the barista helped me choose a vegetarian food option and was very kind. In terms of the food, I enjoyed the veggie burrito. It had sweet potatoes and egg pieces and was overall yummy and super filling. I think it would be perfect if they offered salsa along with it. Additionally, the matcha was just ok. The matcha itself felt pretty low quality but it was still enjoyable. I think if they got a better quality matcha and gave customers sweetness options, they could improve on it. The whip cream I added was good though and the prices were decent.

We grabbed a quick breakfast here and thought it was a spacious and casual place to eat and just hang out. It has lots of seating; it's nice to sit by the windows and look out to the boats and water. We had a breakfast sandwich, burrito, and salmon bagel. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. The breakfast sandwich had good flavor, but the bread was a bit thick, dry, and crumbly. The salmon bagel had a pretty decent amount of salmon, which was nice!

Great prices, great options, great space. Seafab Cafe is huge with a lot of parking. Love having this as a weekend breakfast option with a nice ambiance. I've had the breakfast sandwich (with and without bagel - bagel is GREAT but sometimes out of stock) and the burrito and they're fabulous. There can be a decent wait for food during hot hours, but that's to be expected since they have a large space and can accommodate a lot of people.

The London fog is definitely worth the hype. I heard like 5/6 people after me order one too. The bagel sandwich was tasty and fresh which was nice. The cafe has some interesting vibes where it feels like it might have been like a mini golf course or 70's era appliance store, but was remodeled to have chairs. It's got lots of natural light and seating though which was good for me as a reader with my book. They have a sign that says service animals only which is a bummer, as I'd be more likely to come back if I could bring my dogs.

YES YES YES I LOVE Seafab! This is like the only place in UDistrict with Lotus and I'm so here for it. They have stamp cards and so many drink options. Price isn't that bad!!! So slay. So much seating, and if you can get it there's free 2 hour parking. What a little gem tucked away in west campus. FOOOOD was AMAZING!!! The eggs aren't those premade eggs they use fresh ones. All the bread was so good. I really loved the egg and cheese. Service was so sweet. They were really nice and patient with our order. Inside there's some people doing homework, taking Zoom calls, and chatting. I found my new favorite spot!!! :)

I love this place, especially their seasonal drinks and the mocha (you can ask for dark chocolate or milk chocolate). They have lots of tables so it's a good place to meet up with people for coffee and the staff is always very friendly.

A cool place near campus to study and grab a bite! The service is always great and the baristas are always kind! There is plenty of seating, however it can get packed! Endless of food options including acai bowls! But beware the peanut butter powder if sprinkled on top... I was expecting the powder to be mixed in but regardless still yummy and nutritious!
