2 days before we were scheduled to check in, we received this message via Airbnb... Hi Laurie, We are sorry to tell you on last minute that we have to cancel your reservation. The property's owner is pulling out their listing from our management and we don't have any other condo to move you somewhere else. We sincerely apologize for your inconveniences. Terrible management company. We haven't heard or received payment from Darik/Seattle Oasis since October. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a company to manage their rental property.

We booked the 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Elegant Metropolitan Oasis in Seattle. This condo is a centrally located spot to visit the local national parks and surrounding areas. This is a great location for that. However, we arrived late in the evening and upon arrival, everything looked great. We grabbed a bite to eat and when we got back, we noticed how dirty the accommodations were. We were planning on going to Leavenworth the next day but found ourselves cleaning up the apartment instead. The floor was filthy, there was huge dust balls behind the beds, the floor by the windows were dirty, the silverware was dirty, the shower wasn't cleaned very well. The kitchen faucet didn't work properly. The heating element in the smaller bedroom is hanging off the wall. We didn't turn it on to see if it worked. With COVID-19 we just didn't feel safe. We actually stayed one night on San Juan Island and the room was fantastic; very clean and sterilized. It even had a seal on the door when we arrived. The location is good but the cleanliness needs to be addressed!

We had a condo rented from Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentalsfor months. Six days before our trip, the company cancelled our reservation. They have not responded to repeated attempts to contact by phone, email and through their website. We had reserved through Airbnb and still have not received a resolution or a refund from Airbnb or Seattle Oasis.

While we did not use their service, we have had a nearly year long business relationship with Darik and wife. I think people ought to know who they are dealing with prior to deciding whether to enter into a business deal with these crooks. They are dishonest people that lived in our rental home in Kauai for eight months. The home was partially furnished and furnishing were sold to us as part of the sale of the home. A month prior to their move out, wife asked specifically to buy kitchen table. I declined in writing to sell. Upon move out, the 8 foot long wood table was missing and a 5 foot Walmart table was substituted in its place. When questioned, I was told the table was broken. When asked for proof, it was then "taken to the dump." I find it hard to believe that they would dispose of property that didn't not belong to them when the wife was trying to buy the table not a month earlier and every time something in the house broke, they were Johnny on the spot to contact us. If any person on Kauai sees this table, feel free to contact me. There is a reward!!!

Room was not clean, washing machine had an awful smell, towels were stained, the pictures on line showed a view of the water, our room looked at the street! On our last day when we left we couldn't get out of the garage, we missed our flight and the rental company was not available to help us!!!! Do not lease from them! They don't answer their phone, they need to have someone on site or close by to assist!!

I haven't been a customer of Seattle Oasis but as one of the tenants living in an apartment filled with vacation rentals managed by them, wanted to share my feedback. Over 4 times, one of their rentals was leaking dirty bath water onto my floor, so much that I had to spend 30-60 minutes cleaning it up and after the 3rd time, had to replace my bath mats that would get soaked each time. This stuff happens so it's hard to predict but the way that Seattle Oasis responded to me and my condo owner shows their lack of respect for people that they impact with their rentals. I can't comment on the rooms they rent, but if you want to do business with a company that is kind to its community and neighbors, Seattle Oasis is not for you.

I always have a great time with Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. I have rented from here twice. The first time was 2 years ago when a few friends and I went to PAX. The condo was enormous and had a fully functioning kitchen. We could easily walk to and from the Convention Center or the Space Needle. We saved money on parking, food, and accommodations. For the price of 1 night at an okay hotel, we were able to rent this condo for 4 days. The second time was Veteran's Day weekend. This was a smaller condo than last time, but it was just my family this time. We had a fully functioning kitchen and a washer/dryer. We didn't think we needed to use the washing machine, but we had 2 kids with us. It's good it was there. The pull out couch was larger than I expected. In the comment book she wrote "I like the couch." My 6 year old was blown away by the condo and did not want to leave. "I want to stay in this beautiful house!" My husband was surprised how much condo we got for how little we paid. We made full use of all of the amenities. The condo also came with a Vacation Guide that pointed out of towners to places to eat. I loved it here and will definitely rent from Seattle Oasis again.

DO NOT use this site Seattle Oasis piggy backs on Vrbo properties by offering an"early bird " 10% discount. Unlike Vrbo, they do NOT refund the 50% down payment that both sites require. I learned the hard way. Having to cancel my July reservation for a two bedroom condo in downtown Seattle due to the pandemic I have been ignored for trying to have my funds returned I have telephonically contacted Seattle Oasis and spoken with "Dereck" who assured my deposits were being refunded across the board. WRONG

Incredible place. Great location. Loved being roughly halfway between the space needle and Pike Place Market. Staff was awesome and responsive. We stayed in a city view, in the building off 2nd ave. Room 540. Loved having the washer/dryer. And the inside of the place was really quiet and restful. The gym was adequate. The only minor negatives were these: Construction nearby. Wow. Lots of banging starting fairly early in the morning. Couldn't open the windows because of it. And the condo got hot at times even with the heat turned off. So we couldn't really keep it cool without opening a window and dealing with the noise. Still, not a deal breaker nor a major thing. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.
