They also have been able to take car of me on short notice for trip too and from SeaTac. They have a wide variety of vehicles depending on how many seats you need. They also have car seats if you have a young passengers.

I have been using Seattle Premium Town Car or their predecessors for over 14 years. Over this time, they have supported my 40+ business trips per year plus those of my colleagues and visitors to Seattle. I suppose I have taken 800-1000 rides with this company over the years. Overall, I have found them to be professional and reliable with good drivers. I typically leave for the airport at 4 or 5 in the morning and they are very dependable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a dependable service and a long term relationship.

I booked this car service to pick up my family after a cruise and drive us to Vancouver. I was traveling with four elderly adults and two young children and wanted the convenience that car services generally provide. First, the driver was 15 minutes late and did not communicate to me in anyway that he would be late. This would not have been bad if it was just me, but I was with four elderly adults and had booked a car service to avoid having them stand around on the curb while I found a taxi or shuttle. I had even called the car service that morning to let them know I would be arriving early to ensure that their driver would not be late. Second, I called the car service when I got off the cruise ship to find out where I would be meeting the driver. I was told that the driver would call me when he was close to confirm my location. The driver did not call until after his arrival at the port and he was on the opposite end of the port than my family so then I had to maneuver four elderly adults and all their luggage to the other end of the port. Finally, on the drive to Vancouver I asked the driver to stop at McDonald's and stop at a hotel two blocks away from my final destination to let two people out. The car service charged $25 for each stop, but the driver did not mention these charges to me when we talked about stopping. I would of been ok with the $25 charge for McDonald's, but I would not have stopped at the hotel that was only two blocks from my final destination. I expect companies to be upfront with their policies and he should of mentioned what the charges were going to be especially since we talked about the hotel and final destination being close to each other and not out of the way. Overall, I was disappointed in the service I received and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I reserved this SERVICE prior to my cruise. During the cruise and the morning of pick up I sent an E-mail and called the main number inquiring about the driver's location. I stress the word SERVICE...a true service professional would make appropriate accommodations for time and traffic. I called again and was told that a female driver would call me. She did not - I called the main number again and was given a different driver's name and was told he would call ... he did to tell me he was late. I could NOT depart the ship any earlier as I was making arrangements with guest services for an upcoming group tour. When I called back yet another time I told the company I was canceling due to the failure to provide the service at the time contracted. The person was very demeaning informing me that I would be charged for the cancellation. I notified my CREDIT CARD COMPANY and will dispute when posted. A WARNING TO ALL TRAVELERS... this company does NOT provide the contracted service AT THE CONTRACTED TIME....TRAVELERS BEWARE

I called Seattle Premium Town Car for a ride to the airport on the first day of my vacation, a few weeks ago. The phone was answered by a man with a heavy west African accent. He asked me a list of questions about when and where I needed to be picked up, then confirmed the booking. Five hours later when the limo was due - nobody turned up. After waiting for 10 minutes I called the company again and spoke to the same guy - only this time he claimed we had a completely different conversation - that when I called to make a booking he had not taken my details or confirmed the booking. Instead, he had told me to enter my details on their online form and when I didn't do so, he made no reservation. In short - he dropped the ball, then lied to my face to cover his failure. My only previous experience with this company was a ride to the airport some months earlier. When I asked my driver how much the fare was, he mentioned a figure and said "plus $20 tip". I smiled and said that well, I would work out what the tip should be - and he said no, he would charge my credit card for the fare plus $20! I didn't argue, just tipped what I felt was right and made sure he didn't try to add his own charges. I assumed this was an isolated incident but clearly not. Avoid this company.
