9/6/2025 - This SpringHill Suites Seattle Downtown with 255 suites (guest rooms) deliveres the best price and performance ratio in Downtown Seattle, WA in comparison to other Marriott properties in my opinion, especially for a family vacation because each suite can stay up to 4 people, which often can save you money to avoid booking a second guestroom if you have 3 or 4 people. It is also a good place to stay for a stop over for cruisers - only 3.2 miles away from the Cruise Terminal 91, Pier 90 or a 13-minute Uber ride. Unlike most SpringHill Suites by Marriott, it has a BAR for guests convenience! However, this hotel lacks the modern modern necessity features like WiFi access at each suite room because the signal is so weak. As a result, I had to come to stay at the lobby to write this review, and found all eight power charger sockets next to the lobby couch are dead. Moody National Companies manages this hotel, please fix those two essential features to Make American Great Again, especially the city of Seattle, WA is the Headquarters of many high-tech IT companies like Amazon, Microsoft (Redmond) and T-Mobile (Bellevue), etc. The hotel is a 15-minute walk to the Pike Place Market, also known as "the soul of Seattle", while viewing the downtown Seattle skyline, and enjoy Artisan Crafts or many restaurants' food like Biang Biang Noodles, etc. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast for all guests, the quality and a variety of food are either equal to or exceed the Marriott's World-Famous M Club Lounge breakfast' except no fresh fruits cut, but the quality of the hot American Oatmeal exceeds my recent stay at two Marriott 's M Club Lounge with triple size of a verify of toppings - see a photo for details! The overall rating is 3.5 to 4 stars. Tip: Always check your bill before or right after your check out. I got a $34 parking charged but refunded after showing my Uber ride to/from the hotel.

by far one of the best hotels i've stayed in!! safe, u need a keycard to open the automatic front door. there's a cozy den, outdoor enclosed seating, balcony, gym with 2 elliptical, 3 treadmills, weights, a pool with a warm spa! there were kids eating while swimming in the pool though lol (it's not permitted). we came 11:30pm-ish on a saturday and the front desk receptionist (curly brown hair) was the best at helping me with an itinerary and giving me routes/places to run at. u get 2 key cards and u need to insert 1 into an insertion in the wall to curate light/electricity on one end of the room (they didn't explain that). our room had 2 beds, pull out couch for 2. slept well i LOVED the breakfast. the best ever omg, real brand condiments. scrambled eggs were good but this egg omelet thing w american cheese not very good. i appreciate the chobani yogurt and soy milk option. several soft beverage options and coffees! the location of this hotel is in the middle of fremont, seattle, bellevue. i like to stay nearby to the attractions without the bustling of downtown and parking troubles. u park in the garage which is VERY SECURE

I enjoyed my stay. I had a nice big room that was clean and quite. The bar has a restaurant so upon checking in and getting settled I was able to get dinner without the worry of leaving the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Receptionist were nice. Nice location, within walking distance to attractions if your willing to walk. I would stay again if visiting Seattle.

Highly impressed at the size of the rooms and layout. Everything in the room is set up so nobody is in each other's way. Plenty of electric outlets for all your gadgets and gizmos. And lots of mirrors strategically placed so nobody has to fight for the spotlight. Very conveniently located in Downtown so you can get here easily by public transit if you choose. We were also able to get to most of the major touristy areas by foot.

We drove from oregon for a concert for my son & friends. We purchased the room with points & we did so bc hubby travels for work- he stays with marriot quite often. He's on the highest tier of preferred customers. He's allowed to choose where he stays & he really seems to enjoy marriott bonvoy. Upon entering the hotel, it was bright cheery - a fun environment. I have a severe social anxiety disorder, so I was a little bit hyper & talkative-We needed 2 rooms close together. The 1st 2 rooms we were given were across the floor from each other. Different hallways. But when we went to the 1st room They gave us it and had an adjoining suit that was unlocked. We assumed husband ordered it that way so I went to return the set of room keys for other hallways room- Going downstairs, explaining what took place to the front desk crew I was Told the door between the two rooms should have never been unlocked & it was an "error of the cleaning crew". He's seemed to relax when I let him know that room was empty. Nobody seemed to be in there. So we were able to get new keys established. And I was able to occupy the room right next to the kids. Let's start talking about the actual experience. It was so enjoyable to walk into a hotel room that felt clean, and this 1 did - from the floors to the rugs. Everything seemed to be really clean. I am OCD & clean freak. This is why the rest of The Visit really bothered me. The things that went wrong? nothing to do with the room or the hotel itself. The ice machines. It needs to be labeled right in the elevator what floors ice machines are on, and if they r "out of order," then that needs to be labeled as well. I played elevator routlett for way too long, trying to find some freaking ice. You know how long this elevator can take-I was stuck between floors frustrated and stared out by too many people. I was exlecting a short ice trip and looked a fright! After way too long & really frustrated, I got back to my room with my ice. This is the part that really got me. I had ordered some alcohol from a delivery service to try and maintain my nerves. I also ordered a few things like waters and sodas for the kids. Now you need to understand i'm on the 9floor -the delivery people came in dropped everything off and left fast and I didn't realize when I ordered that I would be expected to take all the stuff up to my room by myself. The 2 men at the front desk sat there and watched me struggle with a pack of 24waters and a huge round bag full of snacks & soda for the teens. I am a 5'0" 130lb old lady w bilaterally bad hips, and they watch me struggle with this. They watch me go out and look for a cart to put it on. By the way, there were no carts anywhere to be found. No wagons, nothing. I was able to do it, but it added to my anxiety knowing they were watching AND they'd rather watch the spectacle than be of assistance. I was frustrated, to say the least. Then this morning comes. Of course, I am up and ready to go. I'm all packed. Everything's by the door by 9 AM. And I let the kids know check out @11. It's not. It's NOON, but we were planning on being gone by then. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:52 a.m., asking me if I was ready to go. I asked her, "Isn't checkout at 11?" -she gave me a "look" and said "10 or 11. (ITS NOON- We stay with you all ALOT) I immediately called my husband, and he said NOON. I then called the front desk. Who also told me that check out Is it noon. I asked then why their housekeeping was telling me it was 10 or 11 & just got a repeat of " No ma'am, it's at noon" Needless to say I am relaxing with my feet up until I don't have to. I am dreading that 4hour drive home anyway. Oh, and the kids. Still asleep. I will wake them at 11 & we will leave at noon. I always clean my room, strip my beds, and collect garbage and tip staff. Not this time. Don't rush me. I already do my part. Let me enjoy my few moments away from home.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The room has a trundle couch for two people, elevators are clean, the offer complimentary breakfast. Shower has hot water with great pressure. For my birthday, the front desk surprised me with a goodie bag (including a bottle of white wine). Phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend!

The staff were amazing. Stephanie was great, very helpful, and friendly. The location wasn't too bad. You could walk to Pike's market. But I don't walk. My friends did. The rooms are a good size. Like a mini suite.

This place has gone way downhill. As a Titanium Bonvoy member, I can't even get my room cleaned when I ask for it ahead of time. Even when I called the morning of and confirmed service. Guess the hotel management is too cheap to hire enough staff. Also, the noise from the freeway is unbearable! Stay elsewhere.

Room was nice, breakfast decent - had an employee stating she will wait right outside the lobby stall bathroom for me to take a number 2 and for me to hurry it up after asking when it will be available. Incredibly bizarre interaction, couldn't get an answer for when it will be ready, I'm not going to take a poop with the cleaner standing & cleaning bathroom right outside, let alone the lobby door being open, or being told to rush. Idk, let's have some manners.
