I have had several bad experiences with travel agents in the past. My experience with Stellar, particularly Kay Steck, was (and continues to be) the complete opposite. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and above all communicative. I never felt as though I was on the 'back burner' or wasn't important enough to gain a speedy reply. Being someone who works with coordinating group travel not only for teachers but students as well it's not only my safety I'm concerned about but that of students. I had the pleasure of using Kay two years ago to help coordinate flights for a group of approx. 18 to go to the Galapagos as well as a group flying to Peru. Both went off splendidly and any time I had a question she was quick to answer. Last year the 'powers that be' provided a different travel agent that was simply, easily put, sub par, rude, awful, and waited until the last minute with various aspects of our travel. After going through that experience I was once again able to use Kay and her team. And for that I am absolutely grateful! Once again we had a group of 24 set off to the Galapagos, and ~18 to Argentina. She answered questions about visa's, passport requirements, and brought up a number of things I would not have known to ask. All our students, and faculty, arrived back to Seattle without a hitch and I owe that to Kay's expertise. I would not only trust her to put together my own personal travel, but I trust her enough to put students and faculty members in her very capable hands.

I have worked with Christy in the Past and Now work with Nathan. They have both shown stellar CS and amazing organization when booking my international flights for travel! I go to China about once a Year, and visit over 6 cities and a few countries. So I need tickets booked on many different flight carriers. I have tried to book in the past on Google Flights etc, but its almost impossible to request the seat I want and my special meal. Stellar Travel can always find the same deals as online booking sites, and contact airlines for request seats and meals and do it in a very affordable fee for multiple trip destination. They are my go to for international flight bookings, they save me a ton of time for a small fee. I strongly recommend them! Have a safe flight and tea you later!

We are currently on our trip and could not have enjoyed a more brutal experience booked through stellar and kari out of Bellevue. First I'd think with a group of 14 of which includes 2 infants and three children under 8. You would think Stellar would book a flight with reserved seating with this type of group. Second our itinerary frequently changed including flights and package sometimes resulting in price increases. Names were frequently misspelled taking numerous corrections. Kari notified my parents that transportation between a Disney resort and adult oriented result had not been included. The last minute notification resulted in a higher reservation fee. More money more commission. Be wary of this unstellar travel agencies. You'd be better off booking online!!! Shame on Stellar for duping our older generation!

My husband, daughter and son-in-law are headed to Italy for 3 weeks and this trip could not have been possible without Stellar Travel. Rita Goldman first help us and she was so nice and gave us great information to help us choose the right transportation for a smooth trip. Then after she retired she handed us over to Denise Larson who is an angel. We had to change our itinerary a few times and Denise did it with a smile and made sure each time we received an updated itinerary. Going forward , Stellar Travel will book all my travel. Stellar Travel provided us the absolute worst possible customer experience when we engaged them to help us plan and book our honeymoon. I can only guess that they spent absolutely no time researching the cruise they recommended because they booked us on a 55 and older cruise. We were easily 20 years younger than anyone else we saw on board. In addition, Stellar lied to us about our room details (really, seriously, flat out lied), misrepresented ship amenities, and when we had no choice but to disembark on the 4th day of the 15 night cruise - Stellar was of no help - despite their claims to "be there before, during, and AFTER our vacation". When we took this up with them they admitted fault and offered to help us get a partial or full refund. When we decided to act on that recommendation they changed their minds and instead we got a cold response from their legal department claiming that they had no responsibility for the quality of the cruise. Their customer experience manager/owner, Susan Bluhm, didn't even care to respond to us directly. Nor did any one of the several agents who passed us around during our planning. For a company who claims to have such a customer centric benefit Stellar should be ashamed. They made NO attempt to make this right. This was our honeymoon. It meant nothing to them but we'll never have another.

I should have done this a LONG time ago. With today's internet access and prices I thought I could handle creating a great trip myself. I soon found myself overwhelmed with options, details, and things I never even considered. Nathan and his coworkers created a most memorable, easy, complete and fun trip out of the pieces I had already assembled. Giving them full creative license is even better! All the details fold together in ways I had only hoped. Every last reservation, transfer, limo, bus, tickets, and meals were planned out for me or had recommendations on the best way to proceed. We met celebrities we only dreamed of meeting, we visited places we would not have know about, and all the events were orchestrated in ways that helped us get the most of our time and money. I doubt that I will ever travel without their help and advice again!

We recently returned from an Alaska trip coordinated for us by Tracy Hughes. We had three wonderful adventures in 12 days - Denali, Homer, Whittier/Girdwood. Each detail was expertly planned by Tracy. The trip was a delightful blend of a couple of tours and lots of time on our own which was exactly what we wanted. We appreciated her friendly personality and prompt response to all our questions/concerns.

We had a wonderful experience with Stellar Travel. We wanted to go on a cruise with my in laws so we had our agent research cruises that would work for a 5yo and a 75yo. She was super knowledgeable having gone on virtually all the cruise lines herself. Ultimately, my in laws flaked and we had her start over and research Hawaii. I looked online first at hotels and I am so glad I listened to her because the hotel I thought was on the water was a mile a way. She got us a hotel, same price, accross the street from the beach. She also gave us ideas of what we could do while there and booked many of the activities for us. We didn't have any worries when we arrived. Everything was planned. We just had to step outside for our booked rides to our activities. I have used other agents such as AAA in Redmond but I received so much more knowledgeable information from Stellar. I hate to sound corny but Stellar was Stellar! We will be back for our next trip!
