This spot is across the street from my hotel, so I stopped in because I could smell the food. The guys cooking and serving the food were pretty cool. I had three chicken tacos, the chicken without and topping was very good, but adding the hot and mild sauce, grilled onions, cilantro and lime make it the best tacos I've had and I'm visiting from Texas. The food was so good, we came back the next day.

Top notch in authenticity and flavor!!! Tacos La Cuadra is special. It's that simple. They are providing the authentic street food that most Mexican restaurants don't truly provide. From the trompo of Al pastor, to the amazing alambres. This is the real genuine Mexican food served all over LA that has been missing here in our state. Easily my new fav spot for tacos!!! Run don't walk the next time you need some bomb tacos in your life!

We stopped by Taco La Cuadra this past Tuesday night (July 2nd around 9 PM), and I'm still thinking about how good everything was! This place is the definition of a hidden gem, authentic, affordable, and absolutely packed with flavor. Even late in the evening, the place was busy, and that's always a good sign. Despite the rush, the customer service was amazing, fast, friendly, and full of energy. You can tell the people running it care about both the food and their customers. I ordered chicken tacos and a chicken torta, and honestly, the food was so good I couldn't stop eating, even after I was completely full. The chicken was super flavorful, juicy, and grilled to perfection. You could taste the freshness in every bite, and the portions were huge! They had three different sauces and two kinds of salsa, each with a distinct flavor and heat level. The toppings bar had a nice selection of fresh salads and add-ons that let you customize your meal exactly the way you like it. The torta was packed and messy in the best way possible, and the tacos were loaded and satisfying. The value is unbeatable--super cheap for the quality and quantity of food you get. It honestly puts a lot of more expensive places to shame. A few notes: 1. They only accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle, so make sure you come prepared. 2. Not a ton of vegetarian options, but if you eat chicken, you're in for something special. 3. On a warm summer night, it's the perfect spot to enjoy fresh, hot food outdoors with the amazing smell of cooking filling the air. I can't wait to go back and try more off their menu. Taco La Cuadra is one of those places you crave after just one visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Finally made it to this Taco Truck I've been seeing all over social media! It's located on Rainier Ave S. In the parking lot of Autozone. We got here 20min before opening & a line already started to form. We ordered 8 tacos (lengua, al pastor, Carne asada), 1 mulita and 1 jamaica, all this for $36. They are known for their al pastor tacos. This is my first time trying this, so I really can't say how it compares to others, but these were good with a hint of sweet and a piece of pineapple. I'm glad I ordered 3 of these:) My highlight was the lengua, it was so good! And the mulitas? Like Little quesadillas, but better! With meat & cheese, perfectly snackable! There is no outdoor seating so you have to eat at home or by your car like we and a few others did! I will most likely return when that taco craving hits again!

Came here on a Saturday night around 9pm, and I feel the hype has mellowed down since last year in a different location. I was able to just walk up and put in my order, and got my taco in like 10mins or so. Also, this time, they finally have the pineapple on my al pastor taco!! Their payment method has changed as well as they do not accept venmo anymore. Either you pay cash or credit card (which you pay the additional 3% CC surcharge).

Review is for the Northgate location (across Walgreens). There's a line before 7 pm when they open and everyone remains excited as they get things fully moving around 7:30 pm. They have al pastor on a spit that you can smell before you turn off your car when you park. You rarely see Al pastor on a spit, let alone a decent line before a spot opens. Say less, this is a 5/5 you need to try it. They accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash app payment if you don't have cash btw. Self serve condiments and salsa. Favorites were Al pastor and cabeza, their lengua is just ok and I would pass, but they're forgiven because their al pastor with a cut of pineapple is a taco is glorious. Their burritos are pretty value too and packed with meat, but there is also a fair amount of rice as FYI. But $11 for a burrito can sound convincing vs $3 each for a taco (and I always order at least 4 so it's a tough choice between the two on value). Easily one of the top taco spots in Seattle Note: as of 3/15/25, the northgate spot is fenced off and no longer there. We found there's an Aurora location about 6 mins away. No signage so are they the same? Food tastes similar though

Some of the most generous al pastor quesadillas I have ever had!! Excellent flavor in the meat and prompt friendly service!! Affordable and my wife and Is most favorite "i'm too tired to cook" dinner options. Their asada tacos are perfection as well. Make sure you hit the sauce cart and get your sides and pico!! One of the chillest taco trucks i've been to.

We often see a long line at this food truck and decided to get it a try. We had al pastor tacos, quesadilla, and lingua malta. It takes a while for the food. The rotating meat is all pastor, if anyone was curious. I would say that it was a little plain but appreciated that their food was fresh. Also, they accept venmo, zelle, or PayPal if you don't have cash. They didn't have any seats but it's at a parking lot, what do you expect!

This review is for the Northgate Way location - I couldn't find this specific one listed here on Yelp. We have always wanted to try Tacos La Cuadra - ever since we first saw them pop up in the Northgate area when we were driving by one evening. But we would always see them after we had already eaten - other times, we would try to find them and could never locate where they were supposed to be. Well, tonight the planets finally aligned and we saw them *before* we had eaten -- so we knew what we would be having for dinner! It was the 8 o'clock hour and the line was only about 5 people long so far... we were so stoked because in the past, we'd seen lines down the block! I got a pollo burrito (which was HUGE and super hot, btw! A wonderful value at only $11!) and my husband ordered the al pastor and carne asada tacos. Here's what we loved: - the meats were so tender and flavorful! Walking up to the stand, we could witness the al pastor meat cooking by flame and being sliced for tacos -lots of fresh salsas and toppings to choose from to top tacos or to put in containers to take with us - people around us were all generally happy and excited to get dinner there, music was playing, it was a fun experience - parking was super easy as they were located on the corner of the big TJ Maxx parking lot What could have been better: - it was hard to figure out where the end of the line was, people were standing all over the place in different groups. Took us a while to find where to go. Looking forward to our next visit to try more!
