Carne Asada burrito absolutely slaps! El Pastor tacos absolutely slaps! The Asada torta was bomb! The Cabeza tacos were also bomb! Go check this place out, literally everything on the menu is gonna be amazing!

I had the al pastor tacos, which were amazing! They let you pack up all the accoutrements you want, salsa, Pico de gallo, onion, cilantro, red onion/pineapple, lime, etc. They were conveniently located in the TJ Maxx lot, so plenty of parking. Easy to spot. Absolutely delicious and worth the wait. They were very efficient.

Help! I've eaten a whole burrito and I can't get up! It's my fault. I knew I shouldn't have eaten the whole thing. But I just couldn't stop. The burritos here are a work of art. It has everything that you need wrapped into a beautiful tortilla. Your meat of choice (gotta go al pastor when you see a trompo like that...), actually FLAVORFUL beans and rice, melty cheese, and onions are all tucked away in a nice blanket. If you're driving home with this thing riding shot gun like I was, be prepared for it to be a bit messy, but that's a part of the experience. They also have all of the accoutrements outside of you want more onions, cilantro, or a combo of their exquisite salsas. It's a fun experience, some of the better Mexican food you'll have in Seattle, and very reasonable prices.

They're located right by a strip mall by TJ Maxx so parking is super convenient. There's a main line to order on the right side by the extensive selection of toppings (onion, cilantro, lines) and three different salsas. Orders are called out and they move pretty quickly. For my visit, I ordered an al pastor taco and a carne asada taco. They were both really good and flavorful. The tacos came plain but all the topping are self serve. I kept noticing many people ordered burritos and they really piled on the meat - it might be a better bang for your buck in terms of portion and meat servings. Definitely will be back - they're super authentic and better than brick and mortar taco shops.

Delish!!! Was visiting from Arizona, and ended up visiting a second time at their Aurora x 105th location the following Saturday. They start setting up around 7/7:30pm, with a line usually forming. Loved the al pastor, lengua, suadero and cabeza. Tripe was good, large chunks; didn't really like the asada. Self-serve topping bar (onions, cucumbers, limes), and a great salsa selection (must get the dark brown "mole"). Tacos are best for trying different meats, while burritos and quesadillas are for once you hone in on a fave protein. Super efficient, delicious, and cheap.

Hands down the best Mexican food I've had in Seattle. The queues are long, but it's so worth the wait. The food is really fresh, and the flavors are perfect. This is California-quality comida, and I think everyone needs to try it out so they can understand what they're missing at the other places around town. Their prices are also very fair and the portions are substantial.

This booth is a hidden gem in Seattle. Don't be misled by its price!! This could be the best taco you had My first here left me pleasantly surprised. Not only did it offer a generous portion for its cost, but the bold flavors were simply incredible. They also have a self serve condiments bar for you to take. As a loyal weekly customer, I highly recommend trying this at least once in your lifetime They also serve quesadillas, tortas, and other food for you to explore. They open until 1AM. So whenever you have a late craving, this spot has got you covered.

TACOS LA CUADRA lived up to the hype! I thought it tasted authentically like the street tacos that I grew up eating, which are plentiful in L.A. I went for the tacos al pastor because it is my favorite and you can't miss the eye-catching vertical rotisserie called a "trompo" where they stack thinly sliced marinated pork on it to slowly roast it. If you are looking to try something more adventurous, the lengua (tongue) is a must-try and also very flavorful. Remember to add all the toppings and hot sauces they generously provide in large vats to complete your tacos directly onto your food there or in a plastic bag and cups. I think it's refreshing to take sips of their freshly made drinks, such as their yummy horchata, in between bites. They take various forms of payment including cash. Check their hours before going, but they are generally open between 7pm through 1am all week, except Mondays when they are closed. My only wish is that they had a larger space and areas outside to comfortably enjoy the delicious food they serve. I live close enough and took my food to go and ate it at home. Currently, their Northgate location is at 401 NE Northgate Way, Seattle 98125.

Best lengua I've ever had, I got the mulita, there salsas are great, their pickled red unions really elevate anything,the mild avocado salsa tastes fresh can't get enough. The onions,cilantro,limes are all optional because you serve/pack em yourself. The al pastor was pretty good but the fact I took it to-go and ate it at least 15 min after and it was still 5 stars is something that doesn't happen at other spots
