The crew at Bottleneck, Tice, Jody and employee of the year John, really make you feel at home in the neighborhood. They bring a great new makeover to this long standing, neighborhood spot. Love the crafted cocktails and in addition to the specially offered Bottleneck concoctions, I'm pretty sure there's nothing Tice can't work up on the fly! Thanks guys, for the neighborhood welcome!

This is a funky little bar in the U. District behind Husky Stadium. One bartender and one cook on staff. Did not order food, just drinks. Location has long layout with different elevations. Nice you can find a corner and plenty of privacy. Bartender was a bit distracted and solely focused on two regulars sitting at the end of the bar. Window seating makes for good people watching. Homeless individuals in the neighborhood can be a challenge here. Bar was nice and drinks good. Parking is street only.

This is a cute neighborhood bar with fantastic pizza and apps! We had the Caprizza pizza and the Buffalo wings and they were wonderful!! The watermelon margaritas are also super tasty! We're excited to go back!

Sweet little lounge with mixologist grade cocktails. We had alot of fun going on Derby Day when they indulged with a Derby themed party inviting clientele to wear their fascinators, serving mint juleps, and having the race on the TV's. They do a great job with the theme party. Indianapolis 500 is at the end of May! The staff was friendly and made great cocktails. They have snacks, but they are next door to a burger place also. At the time of this writing, the street is torn up in some construction debacle, but there is still street parking on the side streets, and a walk path is set up to get into the businesses. It's a cozy space with a lounge lizard vibe. I could see sitting in there at night in the dark holding a martini glass listening to a sultry, slow burning torch singer in the corner crooning some steady, sexy Peggy Lee or booming bass Shirley Bassey Bond theme. Let me take a drag on my invisible cigarette. Oh yeah.

I love this place and the burger place next door. And having those burgers with fancy cocktails next door. It's awesome! The bartenders are always awesome and the cocktails are always soooo good and perfect. And I'm sorry to the blonde bartender working tonight [Saturday night] that I made heart shaped eyes to every time you gave us drinks. You're just so dang beautiful. If you want to go to a small, echo-filled place and listen to a bartender converse loudly to one person at the bar, The BottleNeck Lounge is the place for you. Drinks and food were good, but we felt like we were intruding on someone else's evening the whole time we were there. Not going back.
