Major COOL points for Last Drop Bottle Shop!! I've been a handful of times. I have made several other attempts, but they don't open until 2pm on the weekends. (A few hours later than other breweries and taprooms in the area). Any way, I digress! Every time I have visited, I've always been impressed by the taplist. Any taproom that has Structures, Ravenna, Ruse, and Cloudburst on tap, I'm automatically a fan! (It'll keep me coming back!) NO Crap on tap! The bottle shop has a much better (QUALITY) selection than other competitors in the area!!! And not to mention, so reasonable!!! (Almost as good as buying at the source!) We weren't expecting such a great selection and great prices on 4-packs! We ended up purchasing a case of Structures beer! (We usually drive all the way up to Bellingham for cases, but it's nice to know we have the option so close to home!) I found my new favorite taproom in North Seattle! Quality "on tap' options, great prices and & great selection of "to-go" beers! If you're a fan of GREAT local brews, give this place a try! I promise you'll be happy you did!

This is a very good, small beer bar. Excellent variety on tap (which means more than 40% of the beers are NOT Imperial IPAs). Cozy bar. Easy to get too with parking nearby. Very cool staff who are not elitist dicks. Great pricing on growler fills. Retail selection is pretty deep. Honestly, with QFC, Met Mark and PCC stocking quite a few good beers nowadays, it's tougher to find specialness in a beer bottle shop. But rest assured, finds can be had here that will not be seen elsewhere. Plus the bottles are fresh.

This place feels very unassuming at a glance, but they're actually doing really interesting things in a very low-key way. That approach goes a long, long way with me. From the outside, it's a modest-looking storefront with a couple of doors and plate-glass windows in a fairly old building. This is a stretch of Lake City Way that feels a little bit tidier and more presentable than a couple of spots down the hill, and there's parking in the lot right outside, and across the alley as well. There's good hustle and bustle here, and you can make an evening of it by having a meal at a bunch of spots nearby. Inside, they've set up a good spot to hang out and try interesting beers, and they've done it without breaking the bank. The tables and chairs are fine--nothing too fancy, but clean and sturdy. The bar is paneled entirely in these strange reddish-pink garage door pieces from an old Safeway in Ballard. It's comfortable and cool-looking, and there's no risk of splinters. Good choice all around. They have a couple TVs over the bar, often tuned to the game. There's one row of coolers, fairly full of beer, often with choices from some smaller Northwest breweries that aren't getting bottles into many other shops. They get a bunch of the rare stuff, too, and there's a definite emphasis on the local--OR, WA, and even ID (you don't see many Idaho breweries pouring around here, so that's cool). There are wire shelves with ciders and wine, too. They seem to have a knack for curating good stuff without being pretentious or pricey about it. I hope the wine inventory turns over quickly, though, because almost all of the bottles sit right in the window. There's no food, but one thing they do have that makes it a fun place is the vinyl collection. They have a couple hundred records, mostly rock and some funk, from late 60s through early 80s. They spin records rather than fill the place with TV audio. Watching the Dawgs and listening to Floyd and Zeppelin and Stevie Wonder definitely made my beer taste better. The prices here are competitive, and the stock is pretty compelling for even a geekier beer lover. They don't have the biggest stock, but they do get some of the good stuff. They have a bunch of taps as well as the bottles, and even with half a dozen kegs blowing on the day we were in (a couple while we were there), they still had a solid lineup for sure. We found multiple beers to enjoy. They serve them in plastic cups, which is pretty informal but definitely not a downer. The staff here are super nice, and the dazzlingly charming servers from next door came over and hung out after their shift ended. Turned out to be a great spot to visit.

This place is a really nice little bottle shop and the fact that it's 3 blocks form my new house in Maple Leaf is great. The people there are helpful, though sometimes they are less knowledgeable about the beers they're less interested in than you'd like. I had somebody who was really into IPAs recommending them to me even though I repeatedly said I really preferred stouts. That being said, the selection is really good. It's skewed toward much higher-end beer which is great for grabbing a really nice 750 of something interesting, but it can be a bit harder to just find a six-pack of something you're going to drink for the week. If you live in the neighborhood or this is on your beaten path, this is a great place to pick up some really good beer. If it's out of the way for you, then maybe just suck it up and make the pilgrimage to Bottleworks.

Stopped by last Sunday night - around 9:30 pm after a walk with my pooch. First time and what a great time! Sean Brady - serving up draft beer and cider . Super knowledgeable about the beverages and gave me samples to make sure I was happy with my beverage. I decided on a delightful cider!My dog was allowed in and they even had treats for her! They also sell six packs of beverages too. Other customers were very friendly! Highly recommend this neighborhood pub/store!!!

I actually wandered in here one day while waiting for food from a nearby restaurant. Perhaps the best way to describe my experience is through the following conversation. Salesman: Can I help you find anything? Brad: Yes do you have anything really great and seasonal? Salesman: Yes! It's fresh hops season! Do you like hops? Brad: Yes Salesman: Yes, but do you really like hops? Brad: Yes Salesman: But, do you like "punch you in the face hops" Brad: Yes! Salesman: Then you need to go with the Leafer Madness Brad: Perfect I went home, and was quite pleased with my choice. This place had a good selection and great service. I love that you can drink in store (a big advantage over buying beer at the grocery store, for example). Sit down and enjoy a pint, and then leave with a growler! Well worth the stop.

The selection is about half of what it use to be and the Rap music was so loud I could not even talk to the guy next to me. Don't bother stopping you will be disappointed.

This is a great place. It is very easy to get to, and they have parking. They have a very nice selection of cold and ready beer, which is organized by style, but they have also have much in dry stock on the sales floor, including wine. The staff is more than welcoming, and in addition, very knowledgeable about their beers. They also have made an order or two of a Polish beer that I love, which was very kind of them. They also have about six or so taps, and rotate very regularly. They often have beer tastings too. They also have beer.

This is a locals joint, its casual, dog-friendly, full of great taps, smart beer people, 2 TVs that feature sports and irreverent movies, they play vinyl, you can grab a slice or thai next door, and an occassional beer event.
