This place is the BEST!!! The food is not only DELICIOUS but it is reasonably priced. You can have room service delivered at a very reasonable price. And the staff is super duper, friendly and accommodating!!! The cost of eating there for two days was comparable to eating ONE meal upstairs! I highly recommend this, that you check this place out!

Conveniently located inside the hotel I was staying at, this spot was great for a quick breakfast on my last morning. They serve Starbucks coffee which tasted fine. I ordered the avocado toast and it was okay but a bit pricey for what it was. It would've been better with some salt and pepper on the side, though that's just my preference. The person at the register that morning was really sweet and welcoming, which I appreciated. They also offer room delivery, but the $5 fee feels a little steep considering it's in the same building.

I've stayed at the hotel a few times now, and typically order from the Market for my stays given my schedule. My go to items: bagel with lox, egg croissant sandwich, crispy chicken bisquit (really tasty and spicy/sweet), turkey panini (size can vary, sometimes sandwich has been as big as the container and other times half the size), pepperoni flatbread, and chocolate opera cake. My mehs: quiche of the day (quiche is an okay sized square paired with some greens and tomatoes), chocolate eclair (pretty bland, even as chocolate), and roasted chicken and dumpling soup (hearty but broth is too salty and Gnocchi is overcooked/hard). My avoids: breakfast burritto and veggie burrito (both packed with way too much egg and the burritto wrap itself seems undercooked), Wagyu burger (undercooked in the middle), cruffin and almond croissant (both were pretty hard, like they were from the day before or had been out for too long). Customer service: when ordering it can be a hit or a miss, for the most part they're friendly but there have been a few people who seem almost offended that I was calling in an order for delivery. Everyone who's dropped off the food is really friendly and quick with the handoff. Feel like your order is taking too long? Check to see if your food had already been delivered/is outside your door before calling. A few of the deliverers had a soft knock or didn't bother knocking. Be mindful of ordering during peak hours. Also, while the menu shows they offer breakfast until 11:30am there's been a few times I've called between 11-11:15am to be told they've stopped breakfast and have already switched to lunch. If it's easier for the staff to do that, fair but at least have the hotel update the in room menus to avoid confusion. Choosing delivery to your room? They have a built in $5 fee for whoever delivers, so you don't have to tip upon delivery. Delivery times can range to 30mins to over an hour, depending on peak times and staffing (staff was consistent about making this clear). Choosing pickup? The Market is on the 2nd floor, there's a pickup area and conveniently is the same floor as a few of the restaurants and the FedEx (limited hours during the week and only open on Saturday). Their menu used to be viewable on the hotel's site, but as of last month seems to have been taken down. Find yourself booking the hotel pretty consistently? Menu doesn't seem to change (or at all). So far it's been the same items since the summer when I started to stay here. Thankfully the hotel is in walking distance of a few alternatives (poke place across from the hotel, Nana's Green Tea, several Starbucks and Mr. West Cafe Bar, Din Tai Fung, Dough Zone, Rider, Subway, etc.).

The market is akin to a cafeteria. The food is plated that way and the system for ordering and pick up is the same. The prices are relatively decent and the food is average. I think their drinks are more on the pricey side--it costs less at the airport vending machine for drinks than it does here. I would have much preferred eating at a restaurant than eating here, but if you don't have many options then this is doable.

The market was the only option for breakfast in the hotel while the club is closed for covid so we had breakfast from here twice. The first day on a Sunday I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and a cup of fruit. The fruit was a little browned and specially the pineapple pieces tasted like they were past their prime. The burrito was okay, and kind of stale. The next day (Monday) the fruit was much better, probably delivered the same day, and the lox bagel which had a great serving of salmon and it was really enjoyable. I think the moral of the story is to avoid if during the weekend when the food might be one day old and go during the weekdays. I was impressed by their knowledge of gluten free food preparation and took time to discuss the options and allergies for my partner.

My croissant yesterday was a good representation of a croissant. My bacon egg and cheese sandwich today was lacking because the bacon was severely undercooked, even for braised, and there was too much of the sauce on a rather tasty muffin. Not sure what the cheese was but it didn't seem to be there. The market still has plenty of options that look to be good.

The Market is located inside Hyatt Regency Seattle. This is a nice shop for a quick bite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Service is pretty fast, and I didn't have an issue. It's also really convenient that they serve Starbucks! It's pretty quiet, not a lot of noise, so you can peacefully enjoy your meal!

The service is alright. I was waiting for a while the second time I came back as I always give second chances. I was at the register waiting and she took the man behind me instead which was a little off putting as I'd been waiting and was ready before I even walked up. It was a bit rude to be honest but the first time I came a different girl was working and she was nice. Whoever was on the register Sunday April 27th in the morning between 9-10 am.. was not skilled at customer service as she didn't seem like she knew what to do and she took a guy who came up way after me before me which was gross and weird. As far as dinner goes the food was dry. We ordered both the burger and the chicken sandwich. Both dry and not great. I will say breakfast was better. The veggie breakfast burrito was decent. They also have a solid condiment station so I'd say utilize that, as it will help. It's very convenient and definitely better than the "Italian" spot in the hotel as the food is similar if not better quality and is not AS expensive.
