Lovely girl at the reception desk, Jessica P. Very friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful in getting us a port shuttle, our rooms and a complimentary drink! Great start to a vacation! Room is cozy and I like the lighting, no harsh blue LED bulbs!

My friends and I stayed here while visiting Seattle for a few days. Great location for us, walkable and easily drivable to all we wanted to see and do. Expect to pay $100+ a night. Nice lobby. No doorman for bags, but that's ok. Check- In - was a breeze with the wonderful gentleman Shawnlouie (sp), no wait time. He went above and beyond with the service and really made us feel welcomed, especially for my friend and I celebrating our birthdays on the trip. Margaux bar & restaurant available if you don't feel like going out. But there is plenty to explore outside. Room - I enjoyed my stay, my friends did too. My room was to my satisfaction. Not super modern, but fine for me, and the price point. Service - my room was cleaned each day, which I appreciated, towels restocked without having to request. We used the parking garage as we had rented a car, pricey ($42/night, or somewhere around there) but comparative to other hotels in the area. Pretty easy getting in and out. FYI garage does NOT have elevator. Unload your car on bottom floor first and then go park, as only stairs available. I only noticed a parking garage attendant upon check in, nothing after that for some reason. I assume they have hours of operation. We also used the indoor hot tub, located next to the gym, it was too cold for the non-heated pool. Overall solid experience.

Warwick Seattle was our hotel of choice on our trip to Seattle. We did lots of research and was looking for the best deal along with convenient location. They have their own parking garage and the price for parking was in the forty dollar range per night. It's a little steep in my opinion, but that was one of the lower priced parking we saw from most hotels in downtown. Customer service was on point from the day we arrived till we left. Seanlouis checked us in and was so kind and very helpful. The hotel staff was also great. I'm kind of a neat freak so I don't require housekeeping unless I'm there for a long stay. They still left a note daily and even asked if I needed anything when I passed them in the hall. As far as amenities go, they check all the boxes for me considering this is a small, boutique hotel. Location is amazing. It's only a short, walking distance to alot of touristy spots like the Amazon Spheres, Pikes Market, and the Space Needle. They have a gym, a restaurant and a heated pool and jacuzzi in the basement. We went there late at night and the staff had no issues. They also have a restaurant/bar called Margaux. We were given complimentary drinks upon check in since we were celebrating a birthday so we definitely took advantage of that. Seattle is a wet and rainy city. We packed the proper gear and attire, but I like that the lobby has plenty of large umbrellas for those who forget theirs. The hotel is small, but I was pleasantly surprised of how spacious it still felt. My friends and I would wait for each other in the comfortable lobby. There was never a real wait for elevators either which was surprising to me. The rooms were larger than I expected as well. Lots of space for activities. I liked that the rooms had balconies. It was nice to get fresh air and check out the Seattle Skyline. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of outlets to plug in all our devices. Bathroom was tiny but the water pressure and draining was good. My only complaint would be the air. I like my room cold but it seemed like no matter what we had it set on, the hotel had one temp they liked. It was comfortable enough not to complain. Overall, we had no regrets staying here. I would totally consider staying here again when I visit Seattle again!

We choose warwick as our hotel of choice because of location it's great, couple of restaurants walking distance too, if you are driving or getting a rental the parking garage not only charges you $42 a night plus tax it also does not have and elevator and no one disclosed that to us, parking nearby somewhere else is more of a mess too, checking in staff was rude and short and our room was nice, the AC was not properly working it felt better outside, we got security called on us for listening to music at a normal volume and talking normally, mind you my neighbors i could hear them blow dry their hair and use the restroom, me and my husband spent the night whispering and being a mouse, for the price we paid i don't think it's worth it and this was a horrible experience for my first time in seattle it damaged my trip overall

I had made 2 reservations for Warwick and called to cancel 1 reservation and received a cancelation email. When I was checking into the hotel, I was told I had 2 reservations. The check in desk said it would be no problem to cancel the 2nd reservation, but this was frustrating to me as I had already called to cancel 1 reservation. The room was spacious. The carpeting needs to be changed in the room. The bathrooms also could use a face-lift. Overall, the location of the Warwick was perfect for me. It's a 20 min walk from Pikes Place and a 20 min walk to the space needle. For a first timer in Seattle who's looking for a central hotel, you can't do better than the Warwick.

We first checked in with yobani he is very informative and very nice. He gave us a great room. I would highly recommend this hotel great views of the city and was very clean. Very nice people that work here especially the men that take care of the cars at valet .

TBH, it's not like HOW Expedia Cheap tickets or Hotels.com had made it seem. But... it ISN'T BAD OR SHABBY. It's pretty decent. Especially because this WAS literally a last minute booking. So I CANT complain too much. AND the fact that I actually found a hotel that's literally right across from where we have to go to for my Achilles' movie @ SIFF CINEMA. And if you know how we are on running late, being here IS the best choice for us. Which is why I rated it a 4 & NOT a 3. But then again, problem with this place is, it needs a little update on the rooms. Not specifically on style, but on appliances. Which is why I rated a 4 & NOT a 5. See what I did there?! So, to start off, this place is beautiful in decor. Very chic & old fashioned. There is a fire place in the lobby seating area. I'm not sure if this common in ALL HOTELS IN THE MAINLAND, but I'm sure GLAD they have it because it is FREEZING! Well for me, it is! Im used to humidity and sunshine. But I LOVE THAT ITS SO COLD because I get to dress warm and fancy. I wish I knew HOW COLD it was, I would've brought my "snow" jacket. But because Hawaii was so HUMID HOT AS HELL, I didn't bother to pack for the cold much. I had a couple of pants and shoes. But NO LONG SLEEVES OR SWEATERS. This place would've been perfect for me to wear my ITACHI SWEATER. Damn it! I KNEW I should've brought my joggers and scarves. Oh wells! Guess I have to go shopping for warm clothes. Lol! Maybe a trench coat. Anywho... this place also has A SMALL area for computer/printer use. And when I say SMALL, I MEAN SMALL. Elevators are on the old side. But I love that about this place. It's a little vintage. There's also a nice staircase to the 2nd floor only where it has mirrors reflecting the walkway that makes the ambience calming and classy. Our room is nice. We got a King size because I wanted to spaciousness of the room rather than the beds. Plus too, the couch is a pull out. I wanted the room for the baby. He's a handful and if I know him well, he'll try to jump from bed to bed if we got the double queen instead of the 1 King. Besides, dad doesn't sleep well in the queens. He's too tall. So the King is perfect for him. "A Kjng Bed made for a King". There's a lot of things to do in this area. Everything are all nearby and in walking distance. And I don't mean A Block. I mean, like 4-9 minutes away. I haven't journeyed out yet. But I'll try to make it out today. Well I better get started.

I wanted this experience at this hotel to be so much more than it was. Maybe I had high expectations. Maybe I depended too much upon the photographs I had seen on Yelp. I normally stay at either the Four Seasons or the Fairmont while in Seattle. I possibly could give this another staycation chance. We will see. Exterior // this was exactly as anticipated. A tall high-rise in the middle of the city, with Juliet balconies for every room. Valet & Parking // You have the option, but either way, you're going to pay. You can valet which I highly suggest due to the parking situation being overpacked and tight. Or you can go ahead and make the struggle yourself and drive up the parking ramp being careful not to strike any vehicles that valet has parked in front of the stairwell exits making it an extremely tight turn to get to the next floor. Lobby // The lobby was underwhelming. It is more like a recessed small living room than a lobby. The reception desk was adequate, it was clean, and the elevators were directly 10 ft behind the reception area. However, I had anticipated the lobby to be more elaborate, more welcoming with ample seating. Restaurant // The restaurant ambiance was nice, with dark wood with low lighting. A full bar off to the right when you first walk in the doors. Two tiered seating levels. I dined my first night dinner and had fettuccine alfredo. I ended up sending it back because it was less creamy and more string cheese like. The garlic bread was tasty. As I sat and dined, I felt as if someone was watching me, I looked to my right, and there was a homeless female and male standing staring at me, making obscene gestures. I ignored them, and within 10 minutes, they went about their business and moved on to harass someone new. Sunday morning, I attempted to dine for breakfast at the restaurant. Only to be turned away and notified that they weren't serving breakfast although it was advertised on their web page that they were. They were strictly doing takeout orders. I and three other parties were disappointed. Accommodations // The room size was average. The bathroom is adequate, and a single sink is nothing special to write home about. The chaise lounger next to the bed was a nice touch, although I wished it had not had a stain on it of unknown origin. The room lacked cleanliness and attention to detail. I actually physically had to clean the room and wipe everything down before I felt that it had been sanitized properly. Please see attached pictures for stains that were not water, tears in the wallpaper, a dirty tub that I had to clean the ring out of it before I could shower, and other miscellaneous issues that should have been addressed and never should have passed housekeeping standards. FYI - they do not offer daily housekeeping. In addition, they also do not offer it as an option if you wish for it. I had to request toilet paper and an extra bar of soap and towels. All of which I had to go down to the front desk and request and carry back up to the room myself. This literally was a first for me in any hospitality situation. Engineering// I did request engineering to adjust the air conditioning setting. He was very prompt, accommodating, and knowledgeable about their system. Mission accomplished. Location // Now this is why you choose the Warwick. The location, location, location. It is within walking distance of everything within downtown seattle. I will state the homeless situation is rather Discerning, so use caution when traveling by yourself and walking around the city, especially during the evening hours. Summary // while it wasn't what I had anticipated, now knowing what I know. I would for an impromptu staycation consider staying here again simply for the location. If I were entertaining guests and they were staying in town, I would not necessarily choose the Warwick as my first choice. However, it isn't a bad second or third choice.
