This place is amazing! The staff is very welcoming, the décor is up to date and the location is on point! Beautiful set up with huge windows! Very private and cozy! I want to stay here every time I come to Seattle, no more hotels! You will not be disappointed by staying here. I wish they had free parking but the cost for parking is like $10, you can't beat that in Seattle! What you see online is exactly what you get, no surprises.

Stay Alfred ruined our vacation! As they were dishonest when we booked a two bedroom apartment is Metro Tower. They promised a twin roll away bed for the bedroom. They said no problem. I talked with them two more times before traveling acrosss the country with three children they said again no problem. Well there was a big problem because the 2nd bedroom was so small it would never fit a twin size bed in additional to the bed already there. There was no customer service to help with our situation. We had to use the living room with one TV for the whole apartment was third bedroom. People save a long time to give their kids hopefully a nice memorable vacation. Stay Alfred I thought was a reputable company. I have yet to hear from them.

I Was just called by stay Alfred after they responded to my privies comment: "7/27/2016:,Hi Kelly, I'm sorry we weren't able to accommodate your bed requests. Please call customer care at (877) 871-4827 if there's anything at all we can do to make it up to you." So far day 2... We are in the same situation, I really hope Stay Alfred improves their customer service and helps us!!!

This was a really nice unit in a great building in a nice location. Check in and check our was effortless. The unit was nicely furnished, internet worked perfectly and we had no complaints. I would definitely stay in this condo again. The owner's communication was excellent and made our first Airbnb experience fantastic. Suggestions: A/C in living room was not working well, but we did not contact anyone since our stay was so short. It really was not a big deal.
