Though I don't go here often, but the food is pretty good. I had the triple dipper, and my fave was the Nashville hot mozzarella stick. The service was amazing and Reberta was a wonderful waitress. The ambiance was nice and clean. I could eat those mozzarella sticks all day

Went to this location on 8/4/25 with my 82yr father for lunch. We both ordered burgers medium mine no cheese extra pickles. They brought the order fast but my order had cheese they took it back to remake. Came back after 15 min. Burger had no cheese but was well done. Took it back to remake again. Asked the waitress to please make sure it was right this time. Order came back after 20 min. This time the manager came to deliver the order. And again the burger was well done I told the manager it was wrong. Her reply was you can go somewhere else and leave and used several curse words to say this. Told me to leave now or she would call the police. This was so uncalled and her behavior was horrible with kids also in ear shot. I called later that day to see if I could speak to a different manager and got the same manager. She said her name was Tiffany not sure if that is true but she was still the same person cussing and yelling and threatening. I hope the corporate office reads these and something is done to fix this persons attitude.

We came here for a late dinner the other night. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly hostess. She was extremely happy and welcomed us generously. We sat at a table by the bar. The table was sticky. Needed a better wipe down. The waitress came to take our drink order. She was also very sweet and kind. We ordered the Patrón Especiale Margaritas. Probably, one of the worst margaritas I have ever had. Looked nothing like picture. The picture showed takin on rim. I personally like a salted rim and it was sugar they put on the rim. . Regardless, it was not good! We wanted chips and salsa, and the waitress told us that they didn't have chips. My girlfriend was really bummed cause we went there because she wanted their chips and salsa. Not sure how a restaurant like Chiles doesn't have chips. For our entrée we split the chicken fajitas. It came with black beans and Mexican rice. The fajitas were good. The beans I really enjoyed. The rice was just ok. One thing I didn't like is they served cooked tomatoes with the fajitas. It was just a shame we had such bad margaritas and they were out of chips.

Couldn't get drinks bc my ID was expired even though I'm beyond 22 years of age. I ordered the queso w beef and it was cold and the chips were ALL broken up into tiny pieces. I also ordered the fajita trio and nothing was seasoned, the meat was dry. Also, I should've asked for rare steak bc the meat was very hard and flavorless. I came with my mom, brother and niece. My niece only ate one slice of her pizza, she didn't like it. My brother got Nashville chicken and macaroni, he thought the chicken was too salty but the macaroni had no salt. My mom had the customizable appetizer where u can choose your add ons. She chose sliders, hot boneless wings, and egg rolls. She also complained that her food was not seasoned well. However, she did like the sliders. I never left from a restaurant and didn't want to go boxes. When the waitress asked my mother said "hell no!" To boxes lol. We definitely will never go back to chilis.

First the host doesn't speak English so it was hard to communicate and then when we was finally sat their was baby shit all over a high chair next to us and to top it all off my food came out cold
