Ordered the Kings Special pizza, delicious! Also ordered a steak hoagie, big fat sandwich well worth the price. Foot long monster! Definitely going back, probably the best pizza I've had around WV

So kings has been a go to for me for several years now.  They have great tasting pizza.  Unfortunately,  as with most all things these days, their quality has suffered tremendously.   When i order a Chicago style Kings Pizza, i expect a thick crust with the works.  I remember how delicious they were.  Again, unfortunately,  i didnt get what i ordered.  I recieved a New York style pizza with the works...$30.00 including tip for something i didnt expect or order. Come on folks, your better than this!  Please dont skimp on quality for the sake of quantity!!  Most likely will be my last order with them.

Just ordered chicken marsala with a side of mashed potatoes with marsala gravy on them for pickup and was told it would be 30mins.

I arrived 35 mins later and food was on time, got my food and went home.

Upon arrival at home, I discovered that they did not include my mashed potatoes at all. The marsala sauce was so thin that you couldn't even see it on the dish. The chicken was pounded so thin that it should've been fork tender. However, it was completely bland and very rubbery and chewy, completely flavorless and dry from NO MARSALA SAUCE. The mushrooms was hard and very earthy flavored from once again, little to no marsala sauce.

It seems to me that they have gotten the marsala dish confused with the franchese. Marsala sauce is thicker, and hardier than the franchese. This marsala sauce was very bland and seemed to be nothing more than slightly flavored melted butter.

First time here but I love this place got pepperoni and cheese pizza absolutely delicious the owners here are first class folks very nice and pleasant I highly recommend this place to everyone stop by and check it out you'll like it
