Best bagels in Madison. I really like the rosemary olive oil. Definitely need to get here early for the best selection. Also they make the best breakfast bagel sandwiches. Pricey, but worth it. The only criticism I have is they tend to have too much flavored coffee put out, and not enough regular.

Not like a NY style bagel/breakfast sandwich at all. Coming from NJ we have some pretty good quality bagels and I understand that this can't be duplicated in a lot of places (not sure why).. I was hesitant before going to this bagel place because I can see from pictures that they are using egg packets and microwaveable bacon.. That in itself usually makes for a less tasty sandwich, however, I can still enjoy a sandwich of that quality..Unfortunately, after eating the bacon, egg & cheese on a WW bagel, I wouldn't say it was very good. I couldn't taste anything but this maple flavor the bacon gave off--if I'm being honest, it tasted more like pancakes and sausage (I could not taste egg or cheese)... The bagel (I got whole wheat), also did not taste very similar to a more authentic NY style bagel. A biscuit egg and cheese from McDonald's would have tasted better.. might be best to make your own sandwich at home...

Excellent bagels. I forgot how good they were; it’s been a long time since I last visited several years ago. They’re just as good, if not better, than Panera - minus a few more beverage and menu choices. What they do they do deliciously well.

The food is good, but someone needs to tell the greedy owners of this franchise to have more than 1 person working front of house during the busiest period (10 am) on Sundays.

This morning, multiple people walked out due to the single employee not being able to handle the massive queue.
